Found a car online but had to drive quite a distance. The sales manager agreed to hold with a deposit. I was slightly disappointed to hear he was off work upon arrival. He failed to mention that after asking when I would be coming the day prior. Turned out to be a blessing Nadeem Mirza was whom greeted and helped finalize the deal. He was very thorough & went over all the options on the car. He also assisted me in setting up the programs. I honestly don’t think that would have been the case if we had the sales manager. Point being he couldn’t even mention he wouldn’t be working & that I would still be taken care of. The finance guy was really nice but I waited almost 2 hours to pay for the car. Not completely his fault apparently they usually have 6 on staff but it was only him until after 1:00. I was going to wire money but made sure I had cash because the sales manager said wire transfers can take 2 hours or many more. So I figured having cash would expedite that. Not so much. Next day realized I wasn’t given a paid in full receipt nor did I get an owners manual with the car. Called the next morning and was promptly emailed the bill of sale & receipt showing cash was paid for car along with cc payment. Said they would be mailing me the owners manual. So I guess we will see if it shows up. Overall I like the car and was fairly easy smooth process.

Jeff Bock and the entire team (Zach Segreti, Nathan Gonzalez, Patrycya Labno) that were involved with my purchase of a 2026 RAV4 Limited, were great. I received a good deal on the car and a fair price on my trade-in. The experience was very pleasant and professional.

Great service! Emil was great very attentive I asked my daughter to go get me something to eat since my blood sugar was going down and Emil brought me some chips and a soda. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the choice we made.

I visited Toyota of Naperville and was warmly welcomed by Mr Jeff Bock. He is very cooperative and helpful. He showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for explained all the features and everything. Mr Jeff helped me to make my decision Just ask for him when you are there and trust me you are in good hands.

Emil was great! We went in to take my mom’s vehicle to get worked on so we started roaming the showroom to kill time and he greeted us and was very attentive. He gave my mom a lot of great options meanwhile she was deciding I explained to him my interest in a 3 row vehicle and he did the best he can to show me the options that they had available. He ended up showing us a Grand Highlander which I ended up falling in love with. Overall wonderful person who helped us out so much and made us feel welcomed.

At Toyota of Naperville we had a pressure-free experience with the knowledgeable and professional salesman, Jake Huizenga. He was attentive, respectful, and thorough in addressing our needs. After purchasing our new car, he spent time with us making sure all of our questions were answered. Told us we could call him anytime with any other questions. Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership from the greeters at the front door to the Accessories Sales Consultants, Mike and Geoff, and the Finance Manager, Nathan was so welcoming, professional, and kind. Outstanding job, Jake!
