We are long-time Toyota buyers and really enjoy working

We are long-time Toyota buyers and really enjoy working with the sales team at the Naperville location. Everyone is professional and friendly without being pushy. Our most recent experience with Barb was fantastic, and her colleagues Mike, Eddie, Zach were great. Really personable and focused on delivering a top notch customer experience. We will continue trusting Naperville Toyota to meet our family's vehicle needs.

I acquired a new 2025 Toyota Highlander Limited in June

I acquired a new 2025 Toyota Highlander Limited in June which is a very nice car but a car is a car. I have had exotic cars and other brands over the years and this was a special experience as the sales person, Barbara Aceto was the best of the best we have dealt with over many decades. Like Kris K. was spectacular. They gave me a new loaner to use for 9 days for free and could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Barbara and Kris and I know you will have a positive and special experience.

Barbara has been at this dealership for several years.

Barbara has been at this dealership for several years. We did our research before contacting Toyota of Naperville. We have owned several different Toyotas since 1989 and purchased most of them at the Naperville dealership.. They did not have any of the 2025 RAV4s on the lot to show us. We had lots of questions that were not answered even after we asked Barb if she could show us the interior color online among other questions. We got more info online about the 2025 RAV 4 we were looking to purchase from a You Tube salesman out east than from Barb. The day we picked the car up we were told numerous times, Barb would go over everything on it so we had a good understanding of it before we drove it off the lot. We traded in a 2012 RAV4 so there were huge differences. After wasting about 2 hours hearing the talk about all the extra warranty programs, we finally sat down with Barb in our new car. She was trying to get us signed into blue-tooth but we did not have our passwords with us so we told her we would set the blue-tooth up at home. She bid us farewell and we were rather stunned. We called to complain a few days later and Zach set us up with Jake Huizenga who sat in the car with us and answered all our questions.
