Great customer service! Travis was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. He introduced himself as I was sitting with Patrycja Labno, my sales consultant, who assisted my daughter-in-law and me. Patrycja was extremely helpful throughout the whole car-buying process. She is definitely an asset to your organization. Mike Kailis offered his services as well. Larry Dulik Business Manager explained everything regarding financing and the total purchase process completely. I would highly recommend Toyota of Naperville. This was a great car-buying experience.

At Toyota, there is a team you work with, not just one

At Toyota, there is a team you work with, not just one individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The next day, I was speaking with Lisa and Zach who patiently answered all my questions and helped me set up an appointment with Nathan on the sales team. The car I was looking at was still being build but Nathan took the time to let me test drive a similar model and to answer my questions. He then kept me in the loop as to the status of my car until the day I was able to come back to the dealership and complete the sale. Mike took the time to go over addons and accessories and Zeke patiently walked me through the financing. I am very grateful to everyone I add the opportunity to interact with. Car shopping is always a little overwhelming and the staff at Toyota me feel at ease.

Kyle Lackner was professional, friendly, and informative.

Kyle Lackner was professional, friendly, and informative. He kept us updated throughout the whole process from placing the order to arrival of our Toyota Sienna. We had a great car buying experience with the Naperville Toyota team. We would highly recommend Kyle and this dealership.

Mike Beck, Mike Kalis, Kris Kriskosinski, & Larry Dulik ALL made my experience seamless. Oftentimes, a car buying experience can be frustrating. Most of the time a customer will give up their entire day at a dealership. My experience today, was only for 2 hours. Thank you, Naperville Toyota!
