The most disrespectful person I have come across when

The most disrespectful person I have come across when dealing with cars. I can’t believe that Toyota of Naperville lets this man talk to people the way he spoke to me. I was upset because I was told my 2017 Toyota RAV4 needs a whole new transmission, and instead of giving me financing options and trying to work with me, I get called and angry customer, and that kind of set me off. I’m angry because I’m being told I need to spend $10k to fix it and there’s no other options available, really? This man literally kicked me out of his office and told me that if I was nice to him he could’ve gotten me a whole new transmission for free. I’m sorry, are you the owner of the dealership? Are you some mob boss? Do I have to kiss your butt to get a free transmission? It was honestly disgusting the way he spoke to me. As I was walking away, he yells out, “we will never service your car here again”. Acting as if they’re the only Toyota dealership in town. He should be ashamed of himself with the way he spoke to me. Truly disgusting.

Blood suckers!

Blood suckers!!!!! Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation which is $138 , then they gave me lists of “ immediate attention” .. I approved of 2 more jobs for them to fix but I didn’t see it in the receipt, only the charges for oil change and tire rotation.. they charged me $585 without stating what was done.

The dealership is clean, inviting and friendly.

The dealership is clean, inviting and friendly. Everyone there goes out of their way to always make you feel welcome. Nadeem made car buying an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you, Nadeem, for helping me find the Highlander I wanted!

All dealership are all awful.

All dealership are all awful. I know because I've been in the industry for a long time. Toyota of Naperville is the lesser of these evils because they have a couple good people working for them. Tom Clancy is the best of the whole staff. If you see anyone go see him!

I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership.

I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My car was worked on quickly. Mike Beck also assisted with my screen since we were not sure how to get car play. He showed us where the USB needed to be plugged in. We were plugging it in the wrong spot. Even service dept did not know. Mike was very knowledgeable and amazing to help us so quickly. Thank you Mike! You will have our business when we trade in our car in the future!

Mike was the best.

Mike was the best. He made sure we were taken care of to the max. I recommend if anybody is buying a car please look for Mike beck you won't be disappointed

Performed warranty repairs.

Performed warranty repairs. After second visit with a list of know issues I was lectured by director of service how annoying I am with my problems. Sounded like I was making them and not truck. We departed on a bad note, so I left an honest review about my experience. Even tho didn't want to come back to the same service because of its director, but was made by corporate. It regalements that previous warranty claims that have repetitive issues has to be fixed at the same dealership. So I came back. And was rejected service by Caleb, who repeatedly told me its America and he is not obligated to help me. Not sure why he brought this up, maybe because of my accent, I felt really interesting. Strange experience after 13 years of using this excellent service for my multiple toyotas. It's ok, there are other dealerships who values my business.

Overall Excellent Experience

Edgar was very helpful, he was able to answer all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Cal in Finance was very clear and concise while explaining everything and was also able to answer any and all of my questions. 10/10 experience.
