Nathan and the team at Toyota of Naperville provide a stress-free environment to browse and buy a new or used vehicle. The process was smooth and the entire staff was awesome. I then took the vehicle in for some simple service and was again impressed with the level of service. I love this place.

Great experience with this dealership and purchased a second car with our salesman Richard Ponulak. Great people, great dealership! Highly recommended. Also stopped by the service department for routine maintenance from the first car we purchased a year ago and they were extremely accommodating. The staff was truly exceptional and and overall great experience. We would buy from here again.

Blood suckers!

Blood suckers!!!!! Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation which is $138 , then they gave me lists of “ immediate attention” .. I approved of 2 more jobs for them to fix but I didn’t see it in the receipt, only the charges for oil change and tire rotation.. they charged me $585 without stating what was done.

I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership.

I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My car was worked on quickly. Mike Beck also assisted with my screen since we were not sure how to get car play. He showed us where the USB needed to be plugged in. We were plugging it in the wrong spot. Even service dept did not know. Mike was very knowledgeable and amazing to help us so quickly. Thank you Mike! You will have our business when we trade in our car in the future!

It is a very good place to buy a car.

It is a very good place to buy a car.Bobby Q. is very friendly with high customer service skills.I am an old women and needed a lot of instructions how to drive a car this days.He explained everything , made the test drive very enjoyable.He else showed me all tricks my new car can do.Finance was done quickly and with satisfy result. I really recommend this dealership.

Mike was the best.

Mike was the best. He made sure we were taken care of to the max. I recommend if anybody is buying a car please look for Mike beck you won't be disappointed

We traded in and purchased 3 cars in one day.

We traded in and purchased 3 cars in one day. Myself, my Wife and our daughter. Tim, Zeke and Brian made the experience hassle free. Everyone at the dealership is great. That makes 6 vehicles I've purchased from Toyota of Naperville. First vehicle is a 04 Sequoia which is still on the road. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
