I had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle with Rich Ponulak. He was very patient with answering all of my questions, and he did an excellent job of explaining differences between vehicle models. The rest of the staff at Toyota of Naperville were also great. Sometimes, sales staff at some dealerships can feel kind of pushy, but I didn’t get that feeling here. Thanks for a great car purchasing experience! Keep up the good work.

The car buying process has definitely changed since I

The car buying process has definitely changed since I purchased my last vehicle. Inventory is constantly changing and prices are very different now. But my salesman Ron was very patient and helpful. Eddie the finance guys made the process very simple and easy to understand. I like that he wasn't talking to fast and rushing through the process. He explained each step, Ron in the end came in and help me as I made my final decision and finally purchased a Toyota Highlander. Definitely appreciate the experience.

Richard Ponulak was great to work with.

Richard Ponulak was great to work with. He made the whole process stress free. I never felt pressured or was bombarded with emails from Naperville. He has a calm welcoming present about him and listened to your needs in a car. I would definitely go back to Naperville for all of future purchases

Extremely hospitable dealership!

Extremely hospitable dealership! Talking with Rich felt like we were chatting with a neighbor, he is very calm and down to earth. We never felt overly pressured to buy the car or any extras. We did end up purchasing a few after market additions and an extra warranty. They worked with us on pricing and packaging for these so that our monthly payment could stay close to what we wanted. Zeke was pleasant to talk to as well, he kept us laughing and made sure to thoroughly explain out the price break down. I dropped the car off a few days later for rust proofing and remote start which they installed lickity-split and they gave me a beautiful loaner in the meantime. My only minor complaint is that I wish they re-detailed the car before we drove off in it as there were a few drink spots in and around the cupholders from a previous driver. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership.
