My husbands car was totaled while he was out of state.

My husbands car was totaled while he was out of state. Urgent need for new car. I was able to set up purchase of the new car exclusively by chat on web site and by text message. Down payment on credit and debit cards, loan application via email. When my husband returned via rental car we were able to walk into the dealership and all was prepared for us to sign off. We were buying the same model of car we purchased previously but they still encouraged us to take the car for the test drive even though sale was already finalized. Offered extras but not pushy at all. They even suggested having our old 2005 car go through the mechanic bay just for the rust scanning so we could plan for how long it would be safe to keep using our older car. Thank you for pleasant, amazingly skilled work by Bobby, Rich, Omar, Patrycja, Mike, Frank, Eddie. They applied for our license plate and sent us VIN# so we could request insurance coverage before ever hitting the door. This is the 4th car we have purchased from this dealership. We get service done here because never pushed to do things not needed immediately but informed so we can plan for future maintenance. Wish we were neighbors, we would invite them over!

Blood suckers!

Blood suckers!!!!! Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation which is $138 , then they gave me lists of “ immediate attention” .. I approved of 2 more jobs for them to fix but I didn’t see it in the receipt, only the charges for oil change and tire rotation.. they charged me $585 without stating what was done.

This was a long-distance purchase.

This was a long-distance purchase. I bought my Grand Highlander sight unseen. Everyone at Toyota of Naperville worked with me in every way. I drove up yesterday to finalize everything, and drove away with my new car. It could not have been any easier! Thank you, Toyota of Naperville!

The process for purchasing my leased RAV4 was handled by Bobby very efficiently. Every step was explained well. I have always been treated well at this dealership when leasing, purchasing and servicing multiple vehicles!

Mike was the best.

Mike was the best. He made sure we were taken care of to the max. I recommend if anybody is buying a car please look for Mike beck you won't be disappointed

The personnel at this dealership have always been good to

The personnel at this dealership have always been good to me, answering questions, assuring me, helping and treating me like a very valued customer. The maintenance always is done with care and i have always been aware of what may need to be done in the future, but not necessarily at the present. Management here must be very thoughtful and respectful of employees and customers. I have enjoyed all my cars and especially the corolla cross.
