Blood suckers!

Blood suckers!!!!! Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation which is $138 , then they gave me lists of “ immediate attention” .. I approved of 2 more jobs for them to fix but I didn’t see it in the receipt, only the charges for oil change and tire rotation.. they charged me $585 without stating what was done.

All dealership are all awful.

All dealership are all awful. I know because I've been in the industry for a long time. Toyota of Naperville is the lesser of these evils because they have a couple good people working for them. Tom Clancy is the best of the whole staff. If you see anyone go see him!

Mike was the best.

Mike was the best. He made sure we were taken care of to the max. I recommend if anybody is buying a car please look for Mike beck you won't be disappointed

This Dealership is awesome.

This Dealership is awesome. My overall experience is positive. Staff are very professional and never intimidating. Mr. Allan Marcial did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is very transparent on the processes. He answers all my questions and communication with even after purchase is very good. He helped me purchased my car. Mr. Igor Jucene is very helpful and transparent as well. Very knowledgeable. He is in the Finance Dept. He discussed thoroughly the warranties and financial aspect of financing and buying process. There was no feeling of being pressured on my side. He is straight to the point. The car that I bought is amazing! Well, because it’s Toyota! James from service department is awesome. He is prompt and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I will definitely buy another car with them in the future! 5 stars for the whole Team!

Wether I'm buying or selling a vehicle I would look no further than Toyota of Naperville. As a buyer I had a great experience and that is why I went back to Toyota of Naperville, only this time I went to sell a vehicle. Just like before, the staff was very courteous, professional, and prompt in guiding me through the process and answering any question I had. A special thanks to Mr. Steve Pacchiano from the Used Car Dept. And Mr. Allan Marcial from the VIP Group Team for maintaining Toyota's highest level of excellence and quality, just like Toyota's engines... An engineering marvel!

Allan was a pleasure to deal with when I brought in my...

Allan was a pleasure to deal with when I brought in my truck for a rough trade in value and to test drive a new one. He prepared all of the estimates he could find in an easy to digest packet and even provided a full CarFax to show what other people would see when they looked up my VIN. He deserves a massive raise and a nice steak dinner. James was my service advisor and did phenomenal getting me into an SUV that could work in lieu of my truck.

To be honest this is the second Toyota dealership we went...

To be honest this is the second Toyota dealership we went to. Unfortunately, weren't able to close a deal with the first. But with Toyota Naperville, even without an appointment, we were met and handled with such professionalism by Allan Marcial. Despite being a walk-in customer, Mr. Marcial catered us even in a short time since an appointment is coming. We were turned-over to another commendable agent, Bobby Quintanilla. Mr. Quintanilla assisted us in every way both beneficial to our needs. And of course, Sherri Pacchiano, Ms. Pacchiano sealed the final stages with enthusiasm. Before we walked out her office, she asked where are going to have our services done, I can now firmly say with a definitive "YES TOYOTA NAPERVILLE" is the only way to go! Also, the aftermarket service, Vinnie Mannella and James Zidlicky who assisted with the aftermarket install. In closing, we are very pleased to have met these wonderful people. Definitely coming back. Highly commendable staff in this dealership! A pleasure doing business with!

Only Toyota Dealer to visit in the Chicagoland area

Cannot say enough great things about this dealership. Been servicing my Tacoma here and James in service is by far the best service advisor I've ever had the pleasure working with and I've been stationed all over. Today I purchased a new 2020 Tacoma from Adam and Kal in Finance, again just amazing customer service and willingness to work with me. Don't buy or service your Toyota anywhere else but here!
