Sold car out from under me.
Would give them a minus one if I could. I am from Chattanooga. I made an offer on a 2013 BMW. After they agreed they then accepted my credit card deposit. The salesman called back the next day and said that the car had sold for the full listed price. I guess it is about money not honor.

Mixed review
I have to say I have a very mixed review of bmw of nashville. With my mother’s past horrible experience(she has bought 4 bmws there that seem to all crash after the certified warranty ends) and now my own, I am not happy. 1st experience- 5/2019. I call and make an appointment to see a car. This was two hours before arrival. They said it is available and send me pics and i am pumped. I get there ten minutes before my scheduled appointment and they don’t know why I am there. The dealer looks out of it. I tell him the car and he doesn’t know where it is. He looks on his computer and it shows at armory drive location but after tracking it, it is in cool springs. Not panicked yet. Figured I would just head there or they would bring car to me. The dealer calls cool springs and they tell him someone that works at their dealership bought it days ago. Totally let down and then the dealer offered to get me in a wrecked(carfax) Infiniti. He then tells me i should be happy with that. His words quoted “it is the poor mans bmw”. Wow thanks I definitely want that car now. No thanks. I left. 2nd experience- my best friend bought her car in 5/2019(late month) at bmw and loves it and the service. 3rd experience- (6/2019) The best experience! I bring my 18 year old son to buy his first car with cash. We meet Sergio (dealer at bmw). He was the most honest, nice, willing to work with us car dealer I have ever met. He went above and beyond. No bs with him. We deal with his manager and he is amazing too!! I was blown away. My son was over the moon! Bought a great car with great help! Go see Sergio!!! 4th experience- (6/2019) my oldest son now wants a car. Where do we go first? Bmw! Sergio is on vacation for two weeks :(. This son needs financing that he wanted to try himself but I was the back up. He found a car for $20000. I feel it is a bit much for a car for him but why not give it a shot. They run his paperwork and come back with $6000 down and payments of $900 for 64 months!!! What?!?! They make me aware they took the price from 22 to $20000. But when they did that they added on $7000 worth of fees. I nada priced it and also blue book. Value is $13,500. Well that is unwrecked. Come to find out from the carfax this car has had two MAJOR front end collisions. Airbags out and everything. Totally undriveable on two separate occasions. It was pieced back together and a month later sent to auction where bmw picked it up. The car is worthless and they were trying to get $30000 for it. Wow! Just wow! Bottom line watch out who you work with and check the paperwork. And if you are going here go see Sergio and no one else. He sells new and used cars. I will also add the name of his manager that was great when i can find his business card.

Fantastic experience!
My wife and I have been researching and test driving a variety of SUVs over the past several weeks, and that list included a few different BMWs. Mark Lambo @ BMW of Nashville was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout this process. We ultimately decided to go with another vehicle, but it had absolutely nothing to do with our experience with Mark or BMW of Nashville. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership (and Mark!) to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. You will not feel pressured or rushed. They truly seem to care about their customers at BMW of Nashville.

Ridiculous wait time!
This was the second time I've had to wait at least 3 hrs to have my oil changed and vehicle check. What bothers me is that I made an appointment hoping the wait would be shorter. I will have to say that Brandon, the guy who was in my service rep, was extremely nice and apologetic and did offer me a key chain or hat for my wait. Three hours is unacceptable! I will try Memphis or Birmingham for my next service call.

Beware - ALERT!!!
My Lexus IS200t is perfect. However, I was overcharged $400 for my car tag by Kandy. I have been trying for 6weeks to get a refund. I get a different story when I actually speak to my finance person. I have left messages daily for a week for the general manager and accounting rep to get issue fixed nothing seems to work. My sales person says he can’t help. Better business bureau is my next option.

FOUR MONTHS & NO WAY TO REGISTER MY VEHICLE!
I purchased my 2013 Vehicle on October 30, 2018 and have been given every excuse, my emails are being returned as not delivered, and ignored phone calls, & texts messages. I’m now being forced to hire an attorney and will sue this dealership for four months of stress and hardship, I’m driving illegally, because I have NO WAY TO REGISTER MY VEHICLE and they decided to all of a sudden follow Tennessee laws and refused to extend my temporary tags! I’m getting ready to pay my fourth car payment and technically can’t legally drive to work! This is my only vehicle and I have been dropped without any way to contact them for a status update! They don’t give two xxxxs about the customer, once they get your money! Michelle Hasler is by far the poorest excuse of a finance manager and Carol Lawson was nothing but a lying xxxxx of a salesperson! They want to ignore unhappy customer, now it’s going to get real. I will do everything in my power to get this dealership shutdown!

Great Customer Service!
Great service and very helpful. Sterling was a great person to work with a continued to update me on my progress. He also offered me the special on oil changes that day. Great waiting room while getting service on car too! Didn't mind the complimentary car clean either!

Jena - my salesperson - was knowledgeable and professional. The initial contact person was rather pushy and didn’t communicate effectively. This would be the second car purchased from them. Overall a good experience.
