I had called about a used suv and spoke with three people

I had called about a used suv and spoke with three people on the first call. For some unknown reason I kept getting transferred. And I finally speak to a person named Juan. I told him that my wife and I lived in Elizabethtown, KY and were very interested in the Nissan Murano. I told him up front that we lived out of town and had a cash budget of $30k to spend and I asked how firm his price was. He said with fees the price would be $33516.00 plus tax (which was higher than the ad price) and I offered $31k plus I would pay the sales tax and he said he couldn’t do that. So the next morning we decide to drive to Brentwood and look at the suv. We were informed Juan was not expected in for at least an hour, so we were referred to another salesman. He said he would assist us let us drive the unit. After we returned, Juan came out to meet us, but we never saw him again! We offered $32k plus and said we would pay the sales tax. The paperwork they put in front of us had a higher starting price that was different than anything we had been told! The used car manager came out spoke with us briefly and he said they were as low as they would go. No negotiation or nothing. His attitude was if you buy it fine; if not fine. What a disappointment from the staff. He had no interest in making a deal.

Dealer response

We pride ourselves for being extremely competitive on our used vehicle pricing. It is part of the reason why people from all over the country shop with us. However, we do make mistakes with pricing sometimes. That said, I would love to entertain your offer if we indeed missed the market by that much. I wont be able to find you in our system with this username so if you can please send me an email directly, I would love to talk to you. (kamel.tejeda@bmwofnashville.com)

I have purchased 5 vehicles from BMW of Nashville and I

I have purchased 5 vehicles from BMW of Nashville and I can tell you they make the customer feel valued before and after the sale. They are a high volume dealership based on their competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Even Jacob Motsinger in the finance office is the best I’ve encountered, taking the time to explain additional protection plans like extended warranties, maintenance plans, gap insurance etc and each were priced fairly. He’s always fought to get me the best interest rate available and made me feel truly valued as a customer. He doesn’t try to coerce you into getting any additional services but rather thoroughly explains the products and the protective value of each. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jacob Motsinger when it’s time to do your paperwork.

Bought an SUV on 10/04/25 from BMW of Nashville.

Bought an SUV on 10/04/25 from BMW of Nashville. The salesman Rainaldo and the sales manager Joseph both promised us a new windshield because it’s damaged. I have a signed document by the sales manager stating that they will replace the windshield, no one at that dealership will return my call or Ultimate Auto Glass phone calls. I see why that dealership has a 2.6 on DealerRater. My next step is call the BBB…

Went to the dealership this morning, they said they would make it right. They were sorry for the miscommunication. The sales manager was very nice.

Dishonest Be very careful in dealing with these folks.

Dishonest Be very careful in dealing with these folks. Here are my 3 reasons for saying that: 1) I took my car in for repair. It had $3k of rodent damage. The dealership was willing to give me salvage value. I sure wish that they had told me that my insurance would have covered that damage. Was it their responsibility - no, but I'm pretty sure that they knew that and chose not to tell me. They wanted to get my car cheap and have me buy something else. Which is what happened (heavy sigh) 2) They had offered me $1000 on my car. The website said that they were giving an extra $1000 on any trade. My math says $2,000. The offer says that you have to tell them about the extra $1000 before you start negotiating. Which I did. But apparently there is even FINER print. You have to tell them that you want the extra $1000 BEFORE they give you the first estimate. Really? I'm guessing that they then just back out the $1000 from the "real estimate" and give you the $1000. I got them to $1500, but still not the $2,000 3) I signed paperwork - and was told that I would get a digital copy. Have not received it - even after asking multiple times. I know I signed one thing that I probably should not have - the statement that I was offered a chance to have the used car inspected by another mechanic. I should have taken out my phone and made a copy of each and every page. Once I learned from a neighbor about the rodent damage and insurance coverage I reached out to the dealership multiple times to discuss this with them and no one will call me back. I could have got the insurance to fix the damage and come out at least $2500 better so I feel like I got screwed. They had me over a barrel as the car was not drivable and sitting on their lot. So they took advantage of the situation.

Dealership tacked on an additional $1400 in dingshield

Dealership tacked on an additional $1400 in dingshield and permaplate add-ons that aren't reflected in their internet price. Sales person, Tyler Hackett, was also condescending and made no effort to negotiate in good faith. Dealership deserves the crappy rating they have.

Just purchased a BMW and worked with Brandon T.

Just purchased a BMW and worked with Brandon T. It was by far the best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. First I want say that Brandon is kind, personable, and VERY honest. He’s not into the game playing that other sales people at other dealerships have mastered. He truly wants to tailor your purchase to your personal needs, he does not pressure and he does not try to upsell you. My entire experience was positive and as pleasant as it could be. The dealership operates on an entirely different level in comparison to most… everyone is kind and classy. Brandon made sure that I met the service department, concierge, and any team member that would make my ownership process easier. If you’re going to purchase a car, I highly recommend you reach out to Brandon Terry, he is truly a rockstar and a gift.

I recently reached out to purchase a 2025 BMW 430i.

I recently reached out to purchase a 2025 BMW 430i. The advertisement shows a $799 Doc Fee which is fine. What they don't share is a $695 Dingshield charge, a $695 Permaplate charge, and a $269 RoadVantage Theft charge. All of these charges are mandatory dealer installed "options" that aren't options at all if they are pre-installed. If you're going to pre install accessories then you should disclose that in the price of the car instead like you did with the Doc Fee. That's $1659 in additional fees. This is how your dealership gets a 2.4 rating.
