Dont do it
I was seriously interested in a 340 I and had an independent mechanic even look at it for me. With no notice Sergiu just sold the car to another buyer. Don't trust these dudes.

Purchased 2018 x5 CPO
After test drive, inspection, and bought BMW X5 CPO, They took a car to clean up. The service team didn't even check during the cleanup and detail they scratched a passenger-side door I mean car hit it not small den. I had to point out and they ask me to come back a few days to pick up. I took the vehicle home and found there was another 1 inches leather scratch and crack on second-row driver side. Call them back and they asked go-to leather restoration for repair. Sale person was lack of knowledge He told me carplay is free and yes it is free but you have to call BMW and pay 300 for the app in 208 model which I think it is not free. Very bad experience and would not recommend it to any one

was sold a vehicle that was sold to another customer! I...
was sold a vehicle that was sold to another customer! I have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have received. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I finally decide on a vehicle and pay the down payment they take my money and tell me will let me know when the vehicle will be delivered. None of that happened after they got my money no word from them at all. I had to call the lm at least 3 to 4 times to see when the car will be delivered. Now granted my salesman told me that he would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes of course that never happened. So again I had to call back again and only to find out that the car was sold! My money was withdrawn after they knew the car was sold! So pissed off is not even a word I can say describe how I feel right. Then to insult me even more they "find" another one on there lot that is 3k more and send it to me! Who does that!?!? I wanted the original deal nothing more but no they decided to be greedy and go up 25 bucks on the note! Won't ever be doing business with BMW OF NASHVILLE AGAIN! And still have not been refunded!!

You dont want anything to do with BMW of Nashville
Incompetent sales staff and managers. Especially if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the uneducated sales person named Aziz. This is not a place you want to purchase a vehicle from. Had a horrible experience with lack of follow up and keeping of promises made by the dealership when looking to purchase a car. They pulled a bait and switch in having running a finance application on a vehicle that they knew was sold. Now my credit has multiple hits from this one dealership and they know the car would not be available, they sold it to someone else. And no one reached out to me for days to tell me the car was sold. I had to keep calling daily until the day 4 when I spoke with the sales manager who told me the car was sold and they are sorry. Well sorry doesn't cut it. You have ran my credit falsely and now when I go to purchase from a better dealership, that is going to be additional credit inquiry hits on my credit. My advise, save yourself the problem and terrible experience, look elsewhere for better customer service and staff who actually keep their word. Learn from my experience.

Great Experience
Benjamin was our client advisor, and he made the whole experience a good one. He was very friendly and informative while making sure we got exactly what was best for our needs. Bought a used Nissan Rogue at a great value and am very pleased with the purchase and whole experience.

Dealer did Simple inspection before selling car
My friend bought a Mercedes-Benz c300 4matic about one week ago, i was with her during the test drive about 10 mins ,everything was fine.Until we drove home, we found the COLLISION ASSIST PLUS INOPERATIVE message on the screen. Although she bought it in 'as is' condiction, but we want to make sure everything the dealer inspected was fine which means BMW of Nashville didn't hide the problem. We asked three days, in return they give to us a C D Inspection, what is C D?? Who knows. Anyway, this report inspected tire pressure , breaks. Expcet the ECU. In recall, when i ask the sales to see their inspection reports ,anyhow he excuse to give me that, but promise everything they inspected will be fine, i trust him. This dealer sells car without 360 degrees inspected, they didn't even read the error code, they explained : that would be different for buyer.. xxx? Make sure get everything checked before you buy a car!!!, and bring a pro come with youss!

Can not get tags
We purchased a new X5 BMW on 10/29/2019 we are on our third temporary tags and we get a different answer every time we contact the dealer. Once you buy the vehicle the dealership can't get you out of the door quick enough. Buyer beware!

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MANIPULATION I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL INVOLVED! My son went to lease his 1st car and trade a car that his father owned and had given him permission to trade. This would be his 1st large purchase out of college. He explained his father would need to transfer title to him...no problem, stated the salesman. (BMW later released the salesman.) They made an agreement, signed all the papers and my son took possession of a new car while BMW takes possession of the car his father owns while stating they will mail paperwork to him immediately. The dealership mailed all the paperwork to my husband, who promptly signed and returned it and mailed to the state info that was required. A few days later, the finance mgr called my son, acting extremely ugly, hateful and unprofessional, stating my son needed to charge $6,000 on a credit card until the title was back from the state or return the car. RIDICULOUS!!!! After thinking it over and remembering how the finance mgr treated him, my son decided he would take his business elsewhere and return the car. He returned the car EXACTLY when the finance mgr stated, only to discover, BMW had already sent his car to auction and were awaiting it's return. (The finance mgr had LIED and stated his car was on site.) They gave him a less desirable car to drive while they waited on his to be returned. WEEKS later, his car was finally returned to the dealership and an appointment was made to regain his car and return the other. After first taking possession of the loaner car and keys, they revealed his car. He was SHOCKED at the appearance. 1. It had auction stickers all over it, not removed. Imagine the damage the glue has done to his paint. 2. The rearview mirror was missing with wires dangling!! 3. His car tag was missing. 4. His car storage, where the car tag receipt and history of car service was EMPTY!! 5. The interior was FILTHY!! 6. After driving off the lot, he realized they had taken miscellaneous parts from the engine and now it was not performing properly. Let me state, my husband and I purchased this car for him as a reward for earning a scholarship for college. We maintained it in excellent running condition until BMW took possession of it. My son and husband have made several trips to this dealership to discuss the situation and BMW of NASHVILLE refuses accountability. How absurd!!!! Why send a car to auction until you have the title??? If you are going to send it to auction ASAP, why require a title??? PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favor and drive to Huntsville or ANYWHERE else before doing business here. I believe BMW's are great cars. My family has owned 3 previously and loved them all. We have never been treated with corruption UNTIL this dealership. They are the most dishonest, unprofessional and manipulative people I have ever dealt with!!!! I have never written a review like this. Please share with all your friends and family. I do not want anyone else's loved ones taken advantage of like our family has been!! Please read other reviews also. You will see similar stories of their unethical behavior.

They think customers are stupid
I had bought a BMW from Sonic in Chattanooga 2 years ago, and was very pleased with everything. I needed another BMW and went to their website where i saw a car i liked, called the number but unbeknownst to me that car was in Nashville, asked the sales rep for the best price out the door and they sent me 2 different offers, both with plenty of ad-ons that are xxxxxxxx and their warranty which was almost 3K, plus $500.00 to drive the car 2 hours from Nashville to Chattanooga, i was dealing with i think 3 different people, I think they were very unethical, as the car shows one price, then they ad another 5K of their worthless options. I have bought 8 BMW's from dealers but i think this experience trying to buy a car was the worst. I sent the manager an email but never heard back

There is a very negative trend w this dealership
The most manipulative and dishonest company ive dealt w in decades!! THEY WILL MESS WITH YOUR CREDIT!! I made an offer on the car, and after waiving all of their fees, they accepted my offer. The salesman asked me if I would fill out a credit report...I told him I was concerned because Nashville BMW had some very bad reviews, and in some cases RUINED A CUSTOMERS CREDIT. The salesman assured me that was a thing of the past and they had changed their practices. I told him IF the car is mine that they could run my credit...Otherwise I told him not to process my credit report. Twice I offered to give him a deposit. He ran my credit report !!!!!! Then 5 hours later they called me to tell me that they had sold my car!!! Then they tried to sell me a similar car but with fewer options but with almost twice as many miles and $3,000. There is a reason I have great credit and it's because I usually don't deal w people like Nashville BMW or SONIC Dealerships. Look at their reviews...This is not the first time they've done this to customers. It is a trend.
