Will never shop here again!
Purchasing the car went very smoothly and quickly. However, we have been waiting on our license plate and registration for over 5 monthes now. Poor customer service is what is behind the scenes at BMW of Nashville. Have called a few times and left a message only to receive no response. Not only have we been given 5 drive out(against the law in TN) but we have been told the title was lost. It is an out of state title but having worked in the car business I know that it does not take this long to apply for a lost title. We will never buy here again.

Daniel is an Awesome Salesman
Received implacable service during the vechicle choice, purchase and after market upgrades process. Daniel went above and beyond the requirements of a salesman. The Genius Bar representatives are great as well.

The receptionist
I called about a service I needed for my x3 and Mariah told me she’ll transfer my call. I was kept on hold then kept telling me if I call sales they could help me out. She then told me to call back later and hung up right after without any explanation. I called again and she started getting an attitude over the phone. So I walked in and saw Mariah at 11am on sept. 19 and when I walked over to her she rolled her eyes then started going thru her phone until I got her attention. Because of this immature xxxx I will no longer be going to BMW of Nashville and have my car serviced elsewhere.

Great experience overall :)
MY expereince with this dealership was really great. I didnt quite get the price i wanted but settled for the discount i did get on a used 2014 BMW 435i . My expereince as a whole was made completely smooth and seamless by Caleb Jeffreys,he gave me all the information i needed and worked with me for hours after closing to make sure we got the deal done, when i got into the car he had gotten it squeaky clean and warmed up for me .He even went as far as helping me get to the airport and back to drop off the rental i drove there(I had driven 4hrs30min from Columbus,IN to Nashville). Heck,my birthday was the next week,he sent me a text to say happy birthday and check on the car as well. You just dont get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. Needless to say the car is running fine ,confirmed that through the 4hr30min drive back home. Looking forward to enjoying it and working with Caleb and BMW Nashville on my next purchase once i decide to level up.

Extremely Disappointed
I went into BMW of Nashville in Brentwood to purchase a used Acura MDX. The scheduling process of the appointment was very smooth, and perhaps it was a slow day, but no one came into the shop to buy a car, except for me while I was there (which happened to be 2.5 hours). The car ran great, had everything I wanted, a few scratches on the inside of the trunk door that the salesman said they would check on fixing for me, and some minor wear and tears on the inside overall. We went for a test drive and the salesman barely told me anything about the car... he definitely wasn't trying to sell it to me at all, because I'm not sure he knew anything about it. I asked questions about the car and asked for more details, but most of them came with "I'll have to check." When we came back, we sat down to talk about my trade-in value and potential financing options. To my surprise, they valued my car to be almost $2,000 under the Kelley Blue Book value because of some front bumper damage, which I understood would affect my value a bit, but the day before I had gotten an offer for my car for $2,500 more. I let this play out a bit longer, and even though I tried to continue negotiations, it was very clear that this dealership did not want to sell the car to me. I repeatedly told them I needed it to be at a certain price, and they had the nerve to tell me that in order to get there, I would have to put down $7,000... when I said I was prepared to add an additional $1,000. I had to ask for the CarFax on this car 5 times to finally get a copy to look over. They even did the "keep my car key until you're ready to leave" trick. I even showed them the buyer's order where I had been offered more the day before to "prove" it, and if I hadn't asked for it back, they would have kept it. They pretended to not know what I was talking about for a minute! When I said the APR rate was too high, that I had done the calculations before I came, that I knew even though they didn't list the APR that it was well over what I was paying now, they said they couldn't go any lower even though the salesman said they had the most competitive APR rates because of their "network." All in all, I understand everyone wants to make a dollar, and maybe they're used to people coming in and buying everything in cash, but that says more about their character and who they are as a company. I don't think they were prepared to sell it to someone that knew more about the car's value than they did. OH and they said they couldn't fix the scratches on the trunk door -- and they tried to sell me Permalite for $500 when another dealership threw it in for free. VERY VERY VERY disappointed in their service, attitudes towards me, and how the entire day played out. I was ready to drive that car off the lot and had to walk away instead. I did get the APR rate I wanted from a credit union, but I will NOT be going back to buy that car or any car from that dealership.

Fradulent sales of extended warranty
bought a "Certified Pre Owned" 2102 335i in 2014 with a 72 month loan and a "6 year/100,000" extended warranty. 40 months past, great car, great service, no problems. The service associate told me my warranty was going to be ending in May 2018. SOMETHING told me to trade the car before I got stuck with repairs. After I traded, I tried to get the remaining warranty refunded to find that the "6 year, 100,000 warranty" started upon the deliver to the previous owner. Who has EVER paid for a warranty that began before their purchase???? I was told by the finance guy this was a 72 month warranty that would ensure no problems until the end of the loan. SO DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THIS COMPANY. I would never purchase another vehicle from a company that lies to sell their warranties. What a waste of money.

No follow-up from dealer after buying new BMW
We fully expected at least a phone call or email to check on satisfaction, process, etc. We have heard absolutely ZERO from this dealer. Very surprised and disappointed in this BMW dealership.

Promises, Promises
We purchased a 2010 Lexus RX450h in Nov 2017, sight unseen as we live in MN. After reviewing the online ad and a brief phone conversation with a sales rep I decided this was the truck and deal I had been waiting for. After a few iterations of trying to get the price and 'fees' to align with the advertised pricing I agreed and flew down to Nashville, spent a night, was picked up by the sales person and driven to the BMW dealership the next day. After a short test drive I signed the documents, was given the incorrect owners manuals and a free bottle of water and I was on my way home. Once back home there were some issues getting the truck registration in Minnesota as the dealership had charged the incorrect state tax percentage, the state did finally get the correct amount due from the dealer and we now have plates. We are now 5 months into owning the truck (still loving it) and I am still trying to get the dealership to pay back the original overpaid state tax! Its not even that much! Emails and phone calls have led to promises to get this taken care of by the Business Manager and the General Manager but all have gone unfulfilled with no follow up as they have continually promised. This has been the totally unacceptable part of this entire transaction, completely being dropped by the sales rep, and constant unfulfilled promises by upper level management.

I never thought buying a car could be so painless.
As both a first-time and out-of-town customer of BMW of Nashville, I was understandably apprehensive - even concerned - about the process; Sales Representative John Bergeron made all the difference. Efficient, thoughtful, and totally accurate throughout the entire process, he could not have been more accommodating. As a resident physician, I work long and odd hours, making a transaction like this difficult. I had dealt exclusively with 2 Ford dealerships in the greater Knoxville and Chattanooga areas, originally thinking that my dream of owning a BMW was just that. I decided to call BMW of Nashville on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate transparency of John; he listened to my wants & needs and unique situation and promised to send over his best offer within the hour. He delivered. While I was fruitlessly haggling with the Ford dealer for the fourth time, John sent me a clear and concise written contract offering me a major discount on a new model, alongside a genuine note of gratitude for placing my trust in him. At this point, there was no question. John's expertise and savvy allowed me to experience the thrill of BMW ownership after just a few fast and friendly conversations. He assured me that he was ALWAYS there for me and that I could even call him at home, and he held true to his promise - I had difficulty getting my tags transferred to my home county, so I called John, and he was happy to help facilitate the process and send me an extension on my temporary tag. He worked around my schedule to expedite the tedious process of paperwork and met me at the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. We discussed what being part of the BMW family meant, and he expressed how important honesty, accommodation, and trust were to him as both a person and a businessman; he could not have embodied these qualities more fully. Conversations, promises, and actions like these - all predicated upon trust, transparency, and genuine service - made all the difference for me. As a representative of BMW, John's business practices directly translate to my introduction and relationship with BMW, and after an experience like this, I know I'll be back in a few short years.

Poor Customer Service
BMW of Nashville is apparently not into selling cars. During our visit at the dealership and test drive our salesperson was informative and friendly. Since they didn't have in stock what I was looking for, we left with the promise that he would contact us within the next couple of days with new inventory. After that communication was a dead end. I either received no response at all, minimal information that didn't help me make a purchase decision or empty promises that he would send me a list of vehicles momentarily but he never did. First I wanted to contact a different salesman at BMW of Nashville but then decided not to pursue anything at this dealership after reading several, quite bad reviews of their maintenance service as well.
