BMW Service center

BMW service is quick and easy. I love that my car lets them know when I need service and then I can schedule the appointment online. I have my own personal service manager who always takes care of me and when they return the car it is always washed and sparkling....

Seamless Out of State Transaction

I recently purchased a 340i M Sport from BMW of Nashville sight unseen, as I reside in Maryland. Sales associate Jeff Pereira was extremely helpful in detailing the condition of the car and making the process as seamless as possible for me. I ended up flying in and driving the car home, and he even picked me up from the airport when I arrived in Nashville. During the text drive, a minor issue arose unexpectedly and the dealership went over and above to correct the issue and make sure the vehicle was as described and able to make the 10 hour road trip home. I highly recommend BMW of Nashville as they truly care about customer service and you won't feel like just another number.
