BMW of Nashville
Came in early about 15 minutes before the dealership opened, with the exact used car I wanted to buy in mind. I had done my research and knew the deal that I wanted. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and met Jeff Pereira as my sales associate. I told him the vehicle I wanted. He personally walked down and brought it to building for me to look at and test drive. The test drive great, very low pressure, and fun. I knew it was the car for my family. I told Jeff I needed top dollar for my trade in to make the deal happen. I had my car appraised and the numbers weren't quite where I wanted them. I asked Jeff to counter offer on my behalf, he fought for me and got exactly what I knew my car was worth. We then ran the numbers through finance, and got my loan almost exactly where I expected. The whole process barely took 4 hours and I was back on the road a little after noon. Jeff is the man!

Took my used X5 for service here with Michael Ayres. Michael was awesome. He was able to check over the car and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to cover my issue under warranty for an even easier experience. He was not pushy and made sure the car was ready to go. Will for sure go back to the dealer for work moving forward and will see Michael.

If you need your car serviced, go here and ask for Michael Ayers. I have had the best experience with this rep than anyone I have ever dealt with since buying my BMW. I was considering trading in my car altogether due to my previous experiences with another dealership, but from my first interaction with Michael he has been responsive, patient, honest, and truly committed to resolving issues that have been going on for months that no one else could get fixed. His knowledge of my BMW and ability to explain it to me makes me feel much better about the money I have to spend to get it serviced. I trust him 100% and will not take my car to anyone else moving forward.

Disappointed in deal
while we enjoyed the purchase experience, we had to return our car to BMW Nashville for reasons undisclosed. The dealership was VERY slow to respond in their refund of our extended warranty money. We sold the car back to the dealer and, after taking a horrible loss, had to wait many months for a refund. After nearly six months, we still await a refund. Poor leadership at this dealership. The manager made some unwelcome comments about a particularly attractive sales associate there. Poor taste.
