We purchased a 2018 BMW 530i from AutoGiant on Keystone

We purchased a 2018 BMW 530i from AutoGiant on Keystone on 1/3. During the test drive, the car showed a “check coolant level” warning. The salesman told us it was likely just a sensor issue and would be taken care of, so we moved forward with the purchase and bought the extended warranty. By March 8, the car had a major coolant leak and had to be towed to a warranty-approved shop. We later found out the vehicle has extensive leaks that would have clearly been present at the time of sale. Repairs are over $10,000, and the warranty is only covering about $1,300. The main issue isn’t even covered under our plan—and we were never offered the higher-tier coverage that would have included it. We also were not given a copy of the warranty contract at purchase and had to request it later. When we asked the dealership for help, the only option offered was for us to pay to tow the car to them and pay another diagnostic fee, with no assistance for costs we’ve already incurred. We are now having to take out a personal loan to repair a car we just bought, with no guarantee other issues won’t arise. I would not recommend AutoGiant. Be extremely cautious, get everything in writing, and have any vehicle independently inspected before buying.

The team at Auto Giant did not miss a beat.

The team at Auto Giant did not miss a beat. When I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in, they immediately sent a walk through video to show the current condition of the car. Upon arrival at the dealership I was promptly greeted at the door by our salesperson. Excellent service and quite reasonable with negotiations. I was able to get into the vehicle of choice with an extended warranty well under budget. A pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend!

Sales people actively drove the vehicle I purchased while

Sales people actively drove the vehicle I purchased while it was for sale and caused damage to the vehicle that was being purchased during the purchase process. When approached with video and photo proof, they offered to patch the problem instead of fixing it wholly and denied the damage was caused by an employee despite being shown the proof. The vehicle had immediate issues with the driver’s side door and alarm system after purchase, of which they denied any service or willingness to fix the issue despite being made aware of the problem less than 7 days after purchase. Not satisfied with the experience overall, mostly with the manager’s inability to take responsibility for damages to the vehicle while in their possession.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about a

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about a month ago and soon discovered serious safety issues with the tires. After taking the car to their preferred mechanic, I was told all four tires were dangerously worn and the vehicle wasn’t safe to drive. Despite this, the dealership refused to cover the cost of replacement. I’m not expecting perfection with a used car, but I do expect basic safety to be taken seriously—especially when their own mechanic confirmed the issue. I’ve tried to resolve this amicably, but their unwillingness to take accountability is disappointing and concerning. If you’re considering buying here, I strongly recommend having a trusted mechanic do a full inspection before you sign anything. This experience has been frustrating and avoidable.

Worst experience of my car buying life (I'm 81 yrs old).

Worst experience of my car buying life (I'm 81 yrs old). Sales person saw my interest in the vehicle and sent me a video he had taken. After previewing the Carfax History and dealer repair comments I told him I would purchase the vehicle for the list price. For the next 5 days we traded comments about the total price including shipping and tax and admin costs. He offered several additional dealer packages which I rejected. on the 6th day he notified me that the vehicle had been sold by another sales person. He never asked for a Deposit and continued to play-me-along every day acting like I was the new owner. Really feel like it was all a Scam to keep me on-the hook while they found a buyer willing to pay a higher price.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model S and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Owen was very knowledgeable and helped ensure that the whole process went smoothly. He answered all my questions and took care of my trade in. I highly recommend both Carmel Motors and Owen.
