We had a great experience @Carmel Motors.

We had a great experience @Carmel Motors. Owen was our sales person. He was attentive and knowledgeable about our new Genesis GV80. We asked him to go for a test drive with us. During our ride both my wife and I drove while he explained the features of our car. He knew his product. The deal was fair. We traded two cars for one. They worked professionally with us to get the deal done. We are very happy. Thanks Owen for a good trade experience!

Guy at the front desk that I talked to was nice,

Guy at the front desk that I talked to was nice, however: The ford fusion has Rusted lug nuts Definitely has had weed smoked in it Rushed detail so I saw Cheerios under the trunk cover lol Sticky surfaces due to poor detail Chip in windshield Brake pulse meaning bad rotors Bad curb rash The trans slips from 2nd to 3rd, car wash sticker never removed, parking permit from previous owner also never removed. The other cars on their lot honestly gave the same vibe of no reconditioning/rushed yet they’re charging a premium.

No acknowledgement from anyone that we where at their

No acknowledgement from anyone that we where at their dealership. 30 minutes on the lot 20 minutes in the showroom. I guess we are a ghost.

Refuses to refund a $1k deposit that was negotiated to be refundable in the event that financing didn't work out for a specific car (it was listed too high to be financed by legitimate lenders), generally sketchy operation, do not recommend. Disputing transaction with bank

Deceptive sales practices.

Deceptive sales practices. This is an impartial review of Carmel Motors. I inquired about a Mercedes C400 with 100K miles. I requested inspection and reconditioning reports which was ignored. I was contacted by Mr. Berg, General Sales Manager who proceeded to send a lengthy canned email highlighting options and that there is nothing else like the car in the marketplace. A dubious claim. I saw nothing that proved actual condition. In conclusion, pricing near the top of the market range was not justified or proven. It became apparent that this dealer is selling cars regardless of condition to maximize profit. They could not even prove that the car passed a safety inspection! Therefore, I highly advise to avoid this dealer.

Had a great experience buying my are here.

Had a great experience buying my are here. Tim was a wonderful salesman and helped a lot. We literally did the whole sale through text, as I’m very busy through the day. Would definitely buy from again!

They said the vehicle was all checked out and everything

They said the vehicle was all checked out and everything was fine. We put new tires on the vehicle and the mechanic said the rear brakes need to be replaced and the rotors. The air conditioning quit after a few days. I will never purchase a car from this dealer again and advise the same to anyone else. Either the service department doesn't know what they're doing or the salesman lied just to get a sale. Very disappointed buyer beware

I found it to be a pleasant experience to deal with Owen.

I found it to be a pleasant experience to deal with Owen. He and others at Carmel Motors, including Grace and Rebecca, are friendly and professional. I’m impressed by the straightforward approach taken in pointing out the pros and cons of vehicles under consideration.

Very professional and prompt customer service.

Very professional and prompt customer service. I worked with Matt Bland and he was very helpful throughout the process of my purchase. This was an out of state purchase and Matt was very accommodating in sending multiple videos of the vehicle and answering any questions or concerns (even on his day off). The vehicle was bought sight unseen and it was everything promised and more! No high pressure sales tactics and very straightforward from start to finish.
