mini Cooper S at Carmel Motors

Tim was helpful and we were able to test drive the car and inspect it quickly and efficiently. Negotiations were straightforward and handled in a reasonable manner. The car was in good condition as advertised.

Bought a great car!

I bought a car yesterday from Tim and he was awesome! They worked with me To make sure I would take that car off The lot! Then they offered to drive it to me After cleaning and detailing it! I also got xm radio free for 3 months! Thank you!

Awesome!

Based on reviews this place might scare you away, but we decided to make our own decision and check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely and taken care of promptly. We ended up working with Eric who right off the bat had great energy about him, very optimistic and friendly. We did our research on a vehicle they had online and he helped us get what we wanted. within a few hrs we left with the vehicle we had our eyes on and were very happy customers. I would definitely recommend checking this place out

Fast working got took care of what we need

Great dealership!

Tim was awesome! In less than 3 hours, I had a new-to-me car, including the detailing, transfer of car items, signing of papers, everything! Impressive considering I wasn’t very prepared. Highly recommend Carmel Motors.

Avoid buying from them

Make sure you really look over anything you buy from them. I mean really take the time to look. I bought a truck from them the headlight bulbs were taped in the housings because someone tried to put the wrong bulbs in and cut all the mounting tabs off the back of the housings. I only found this out on my way home because the tape so hot it started smoking and was about to catch fire. So that leads me to believe that the dealer is who taped them in. There was also tape around the intercooler hose I didn't notice any problems at first but later found it was covering a hole in the hose that cost $290 to replace. The denied knowing about it. I was also not told the truck only came with 1 key after I had signed the paperwork and was told I would have to buy one because I didn't negotiate that in to the deal. No big deal right? NO it's a $300 key fob and programing fee. Really unprofessional dealership. I will not be a repeat customer and I recommend avoiding them.

"It is what it is!"

nitially I was very happy with the purchase of my Audi Q5. The sales person was upfront and let me know that there was a problem with the sun shade and they would order the parts and fix it. Just 15 days later my engine exploded (which seems to happen way more at this dealership than others, check the review). The car was in the shop for 60 days. I had to get a rental for that entire time. The extended warranty only paid for 7 days. I am stuck with a $1500 rental charge. I tried to talk to the Sales Manager I was hung up on, cussed at in the middle of the sales floor, and the Sales Manager Mike had to be physically restrained from hitting me. I am still in shock after this altercation. Update: After posting the review, I received a call from the new Sales Manager, Tanner. He said that he was sorry the way I was treated. I was blown away thinking maybe they are turning things around and maybe they just had a bad sales manager. Tanner said his owner was traveling and would call me personally the next day. I waited 10 days. I then called Tanner back, he said his owner was talking with TruWarranty about getting me money for the rental. I waited another 6 days. I called again and Tanner said "I went to bat for you but It is what it is." and my sunshade is still no fixed. I don't want to waste any more time on these people but learn from my mistake keep your hard earned dollars away from these scam artist and go to a place that actually cares about their customers. I never write reviews and but want others to know what they are walking into with Carmel Motors.
