Just purchased a vehicle from Carmel Motors and was very happy with their selection of vehicles, their knowledge and expertise, and their patience with all the questions I had. Tim, our salesman, made sure all our questions were answered and made us feel at ease with the process. Highly recommend Carmel Motors if someone is looking for a nice vehicle.

A great experience all around.

A great experience all around. Sales people are not pushy and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Variety and selection of vehicles is great. Tim our salesman was courteous and took time to answer all our questions,we did not feel rushed or talked down to as in some other dealers we've visited. I highly recommend Carmel Motors and will tell all my family and friends about the quality of the vehicles and associates here.

I would give a 5 if reviewing the car but this is about

I would give a 5 if reviewing the car but this is about the dealership in general. Salesman and I agreed on a sale price and when paperwork came it wasn’t the sale price agreed upon. The sheet I initialed had a new price written in marker over the pen price originally on the sheet. 15 minutes later the paperwork came back with assumptions of $1000 gap insurance. Didn’t want it… 195 minutes and I was out the door with the car at the price agreed upon initially. Just ask what’s all in the out the door price before signing anything. Not bad people or dealer, just be cautious.

I bought a car here, was easy and quick to buy, Salesmen

I bought a car here, was easy and quick to buy, Salesmen were nice. But the first time I test drove the car that I later bought the parking brake was fully operational, my second test drive it didn't work at all. A month later I went to go fix it and see where the parking break cable was clearly cut and the sensor was unplugged. The car has a very strange mechanism for turning on and off the parking break so I assume when I left with the parking break on they couldn't figure out how to turn it off, and instead of doing some research they just had someone cut the breaks and unplug the sensor for it. Pretty cheap and unprofessional way to fix a problem, makes me wonder what other problems I will find that they "fixed".

I had the best experience with Matt at Carmel motors. The process was fast, simple and quick excellent service Great way to start a new year I highly recommend doing business with him!!! I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade cheers to 2024 🎉
