The dealership was good at replying to questions via text

The dealership was good at replying to questions via text and sending videos bc we are an hour away. Went saw the car. Loved it. Bought it. Got it home - realized there’s just one key.. and the led lights don’t work on the driver side or back passenger driver side. So we cannot use the cars functions to its fullest having only one key. ( can’t make digital keys like you’re Supposed to be able to which would be nice considering there’s only one key) can’t have more then one driver profile without having both keys. Key fob replacement is 1000! And it’s going to cost more $$ to find out why the led em isn’t lights aren’t fully working. Spend 60k on a vehicle. It should be fully functional And it’s not. They spent over an hour “detailing it” bc it hadn’t been through that yet and the console has sticky something in it and won’t even open. Seats still have .. idk what on them. The detailing is a big fail. Would have rather not waited on that for how unclean the interior was. Missing key card and second key. So - some of the functions are useless now. Unless we want to pay another grande.

From the first minute I set my eyes on Owen till the last

From the first minute I set my eyes on Owen till the last minute we concluded transaction, Owen was super pleasant and disciplined. He welcomed my opinion but give more advice so I could make better choice. Thanks brother!

Owen was Great, very Knowledgeable and willing to help make the deal go threw. And even called after the deal was done to make sure I was Happy & Satisfied with my purchase. Carmel Motors is Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle from, they get 5 Stars in my book!!!

I purchased an Infinity Q60 from Carmel Motors and have to/want to say the total interaction with the salesman, Nicc, and the individual in charge of the overall condition, mechanical and otherwise, Matt, has been wonderful. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased (I'm 72) but I will say it is in the top two of all my car purchases since my first or top purchase in 1973, a new car when I graduated from college! This is a very personable and, more important, accountable used car facitily, with high-end vehicles. I appreciate their involvement during and after the final sale.

The buying process was quick and painless.

The buying process was quick and painless. My sales rep Matt Bland was extremely friendly and personable. He even drove 3 hours to deliver the car and pick up the trade which made the process even easier.

One of the best and easiest car buying experiences I’ve had! Tim was very personable and informative on everything! He was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. When I buy another car it with be with Tim from Carmel Motors!

Great people do great things

Katlin and Tim such a great job with online communication- plus communicating on the phone - I really loved the input they gave me and the support I received from them - hopefully in the future I will talk with them again - made me feel really great to communicate with them
