Will never use

Went in to look at a car had a lot wrong with it and they kept trying to get us in stuff we weren’t interested in. Then when we were considereing one of the vehicles the lady was wanting us to sign a agreement to buy before we could find out what the payments and down would be. Worst place ever to look for a car will not ever go back there.

We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience at our dealership. The vehicles you were looking at are sold as is. We have to have customers sign the deal sheet so that we have your permission to pull credit in order to figure payments. We cannot accurately figure out what payments would be without looking at a customer's credit history. We do apologize if that was not explained adequately while you were at the store. We are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations.

They were honest and helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over my 50 years. I have bought from other dealers in Amarillo and around the State of Texas. I will not make those mistakes again. I am totally sold on Brown Auto Group. Don't get suckered into wasting time elsewhere. The Brown experience and service is top notch.

Service

From the receptionist to the mechanic, Brown GMC is a Company worth trusting. The salesman is their from meeting you to selling you your vehicle of choice and going beyond his duty. Even as far as to wish you Happy Birthday. They care about your vehicle maintenance issues being taken care of. They also accepted my input of what could be wrong. Gotta Love this place.

Hi Jeremy, We agree that having our vehicles priced online is very important however sometimes there is a delay in pricing vehicles. Once we trade for a vehicle, it immediately shows up in our inventory, but since we send all of those vehicles through our service department before they go out on our lot, we are unable to price them until they have made it through the vehicle inspection process. Our staff is always available to answer any questions regarding any of our inventory though.

We were very pleased with our experience at Brown Buick! The sales person was friendly and was able to give us information about the car. The car was for my wife and she was able to take it for a test drive. She enjoyed driving it and we decided to purchase it! We also got a fair deal on our trade-in! We had two dealers help us Josh and Dante. They both did an excellent job helping us with our purchase of our Metallic Midnight Amethyst Buick Envision!

You have a wonderful Sales person in Dante. He really listens when I need something and acts on it. I appreciate that I got a loner car when I brought mine into the shop to be repaired since you had it an extended period of time. I brought it in a second time to have them fix the same ticking noise in the dash. It is better, but has not stopped completely unless I turn the air/heat on full blast. I talked with one of the mechanics that was to work on it a second time and he heard the noise as well. Guess it is just a defect in my new car. So sorry to hear that about a Buick.
