No Hassle; No Attitudes; Great Expierence

My salesman, David M. was awesome and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time I was there. Everyone really worked with me to make sure I was comfortable in the car that I got and that everything else was taken care of. This was a 40th birthday gift to myself, and I'm glad I went to Brown first!

A very happy customer

Our family has now purchased 3 vehicles from Brown Buick, GMC . As with our previous purchases everyone was very friendly and happy to assist us in any way we needed. I had called Dante and told him we would be there around 5:30 and that we wanted to drive an Acadia. He had an Acadia cooled down and ready for us to drive. Having owned an Enclave we preferred the Buick ride so we purchased another Enclave. I highly recommend everyone purchase their vehicles from Brown's. Every employee treats you like family and are always eager to help you!!!

Great service!

Recall...

I took my car in to have a recall fixed and have the oil changed. I noticed a couple days later the control panel on the drivers seat was not attached at the front and had a gap running the length of the seat. It had not been this way when I had taken my car in to have the recall fixed. I checked the passenger seat also, it was in the same condition, it was not attached correctly and had a gap running the length of the seat. My car should have been returned to me in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off for the recall to be fixed. At this point both front seat control panels are messed up and I'll have to take an additional day to have my car fixed correctly.

Special Order 2016 Yukon Denali

Couldn't be happier with this dealer. I special ordered a 2016 Denali that was supposed to arrive in 6-9 weeks. It arrived in 3 weeks! Tom Hager, my salesman was very professional and kept in touch with me. He did everything he said he would and more. Had a small cosmetic trim piece that wasn't pulled up tight to the dash and my lock nuts had just arrived. I didn't even have to leave my car. One technician fixed the dash while my salesman, Tom, installed the Lock Nuts on the wheels himself! I was very impressed.

Tried to make it right but difficult to trust ..

I purchased a Brand New Subaru at Brown approximately 18 months ago. On the first oil change they failed to put the oil cap on the vehicle. Thank goodness that I checked under the hood after a few days to find the funnel and NOT the oil cap in the fill hole. Evidently the funnel prevented a lot of the oil from spraying all over the engine compartment. They changed the oil and cleaned up the engine compartment to my satisfaction. The second oil change they used the wrong weight oil recommended by Subaru for my vehicle. I decided from then on to change the oil myself. I realize that this is probably an isolated incident an everyone makes mistakes. We are all human after all. However, I feel more comfortable changing the oil myself even though I get free oil changes with my new purchase. When the warranty service is no longer available I'll take my vehicle elsewhere.

Fantastic Experience

WOW!!! Zach Little! If you want a no nonsense purchasing experience call Zach at Brown GMC. Best buying experience ever and I've purchased a lot of cars . So I was looking for a Lancer Ralliart for my son and found a pre-owned one through the internet sites. Somewhat rare to find - but I was willing and able to travel to purchase a solid car. Contacted the dealership through the sites and Zach responded. When I asked for his best price, he did not screw around with talk of market values, hard to find, 5 star this or that stuff - Zach gave me a solid offer in the first email in the correct retail ranges, actually better than I expected. And the negotiation stopped there - a week later a traveled to Amarillo from San Antonio ; drove the car - it was everything Zach said it would be; and closed the deal and paperwork in less than an hour. He provided answers to all my questions and additional pictures prior to my decision to purchase. Emailed me the intake inspection with the specific data I needed and wanted to make a long distane purchase - tire tread depth; brake pad thikness, etc. And even step up the shipping for the car back to San Antonio for me - It was at my house the next afternoon. Fantastic - Call Zach!

Service Visit

Went in this past Saturday for an oil change. The Service Advisor, Lori, met me on the driveway and quickly checked in my vehicle. I needed an oil change, the tires rotated and a nail in one tire removed and patched. The technician, Robert F., was ready to take it immediately. In less than an hour my vehicle was ready, including a wash! Great Deal.
