Great dealer ship , not pushy

It has been great experience buying a car from you guys. Greg Wolfe was especially helpful and not pushy at all. Overall best car buying experience of life so far.

Thank you for reviewing us, Singla! We're glad Greg provided you with the ultimate buying experience.

Great Service without being pushy!

I visited this dealership to purchase a new car. My salesman Louis Ruben was extremely helpful without being too pushy, allowing me some space to mull it over. I ended up getting a pre-owned BMW and he spent a lot of time weighing the various options with me. As a woman I have generally hated car dealerships but this was a great experience!

Thank you Tara!

Dealing with Brian Sung was the best experience.

Purchased a used car and Brian made the entire process a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. It was worth the drive to this dealership. The car is everything he said it would be and we love it. I’m sending my sister there for her next car.

Bad experience

Went in to buy a used M4 that was supposed to go through the CPO process. After shaking on the price, was told the next day it wouldn’t be CPO’ed anymore because of the cost onto the dealership. They assure me it was as good as CPO, but should have walked right there. Car was still under warranty, so didn’t care too much. Car ended up having a boost leak found by my local dealer about 2 days after purchase (fixed under warranty). Don’t believe their multi point inspection as it was definitely not done properly, even for a BMW M car. At the time of signing, I also purchased what I was told was a first party warranty and included it within my finance package (very expensive). When I got the paperwork to sign the next day I realized it was actually a third party warranty and asked to cancel it. It’s important to note that I singed this the next day because at the time filling the paperwork with the Finance Manager was like a tornado of unorganized papers, and he didn’t have the warranty one for me to agree to. He even seemed to be slightly annoyed that I read through everything, but it was late so I don’t blame him. Took about a whole month after to finally get and submit the proper cancellation form, but only after contacting BMW N.A. and mailing a certified letter asking for the cancellation. And even at 2 months it still hasn’t been reflected on my finance account, don’t know what’s the hold up. I understand these things take time but haven’t heard any update, basically zero communication after the fact. They also tried to sneak in a one year bumper to bumper warranty for $6000+. I say sneak in because after finalizing the car price, there was no communication about this, just kind of snuck in into the paperwork. Had to ask exactly what it was and get them to clarify. They just focused on the monthly payments. Don’t know if that’s a normal cost but all other BMW dealerships I asked said it was outrageous and can even be considered disrespectful. Was also sold a $800 maintenance refresh (with only 6 months left on it), after being told explicitly that it will cover elective brake changes and that I would be crazy not to buy it as the brakes cost about $1500+ per axel. Of course, after asking other BMW dealerships as well as BMW N.A. I was told this is false and nothing can be done (as this is unrefundable in NY without General Managers consent). Was told the GM would contact me but has also not happened. All in all, BMW makes great cars and Mamaroneck has a great car selection / facilities. Friendly faces all around and everyone seemed like they want to help which is nice. However, next time I will probably avoid buying from them. Dealing with all this was what I believe to be a “Stealership” experience. I’m fairly young and lesson learned. If you do buy from them, don’t let them pressure you into not reading all the fine print, get every single claim in writing, and ABSOLUTELY to include a Pre Purchase Inspection from another service center or local mechanic as theirs is BS. Talk to your local or another BMW dealership to confirm what they’re telling you.

Buyer of a used car.

All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. Brian was great but the process took too long. Of course it was Black Friday. The 240 I X Drive is great. Larry

The best service in any Bmw dealership Iv been to!

After having leased a few BMW’s from dealerships, i found myself at the mamaroneck one. My sales guy was Lee and he was beyond helpful. I came near closing time and he spent almost 2 hours with me and stayed late to answer all my questions! Obviously i leased the car but even after his portion of the sale was over, to my surprise- he didn’t leave! He stayed until i finished everything and made sure everything went smooth and i was happy! What was even more shocking! He actually reached out about a month or 2 after i left just to see if i was happy with the car! I can say for sure that i won’t be leaving this dealership due to the care and kindness this sales rep showed me! Thanks so much Lee!

Lee Perozzo from BMW of Mamaroneck is Awesome!

I highly recommend Lee Perozzo in Sales. I am on my 6th lease with BMW and I have had nothing short of excellent customer service from all! I have had different financial circumstances through the years. Lee kept his eye out for a good deal and they all made it happen on more than one occasion. Also, Extremely pleased with their Service Department in Portchester. They have all been top notch professionals!
