Awesome Experience!
Just picked up my 2019 X4 yesterday! Amazing vehicle and amazing sales staff! Luca, my client advisor was so accommodating and made this happen for me! Mikey, the Genius went over all the tech issues, including activating Apple Car Play! Kristin, the sales manager remembered me from a purchase several years back! If you are interested in a BMW and a great price, only dealership to go to!

Typical used car dealer bull crap..and maybe even worse. If it weren't for the fact that my son was in love with that car, and it had to be that car, I'd have walked away from those bunch of over paid under worked entitled snobs Usual used car sales guy promises everything, delivers nothing. Wouldn't negotiate anything. Forced us to pick up the car sooner than we were prepared for. Car was not detailed as promised. A quick wash was thier idea of a detailing but they missed the ice cream on the back seat.. Wheel was not repaired as promised, now we have to go back. Plugged in a higher interest rate than we were offered and didn't tell us untill closing. And the car was in an accident this also was not disclosed until we were about to sign the last of the documents. Like I said, if it weren't for my son's adolescent over enthusiasm for the car they'd have seen me walking out a long time ago. I only hope it works out in the long run.

Cannot trust them
Bought a CPO 5 series from BMW of Mamaroneck. We(Myself & the wife) had called them earlier and put in a deposit on a White 528i and went there Sat to pick it up. Test drove the white car. Did not like it. Beige interiors. Was pretty dirty inside. Was detailed but the stains are hard to remove. So that is fine. We then picked an other black 5 series from the lot. Also a CPO. Negotiated and made an offer. Paid and bought the car. I asked for the CPO checklist and was given a written document on what was done on the car. It said they have cleared past navigation entries, past paired phone lists and a few other minor things. Did not see the actual checklist though. It was late in the evening now and they could not get the state inspection done. They set me off with a dealer plate. When we were set to leave the rear tail hook cover was missing. They tried to find one from other cars in the lot but in vain. They promised to send the tow hook cover with my license plates after I get the state inspection done in my hometown and send them the confirmation. They sent the license plates on time. But they had to order the tow hook cover and paint it. it took a week and a half to get to me. However it won't fit my car. Now I have to order and get one for myself. Which again was my decision coz I am sick and tired of waiting and to drive my new car with a hole in the rear bumper. The real issue is I am worried that if this car is really a CPO. Yes I have the warranty. But the things they said was done was actually not done. My car says Service is due in 3000 miles. They say they forgot to reset the service indicator. Navigation list was not cleared. Phone list was not cleared. No tow hook cover. Which scares me coz I may be driving a car with CPO seal but actually without it. However Ruben Louis the dealer I worked with was very kind. He surely helped me a lot. Without him I would have turned down the offer. He was genuinely sorry for every issue I called him in the days following my purchase. He made a sincere effort to solve my problems. I will give him 4.5 stars but the dealership as a whole, if possible zero stars It is a used car. Yes it has scratches and a broken side view mirror. I paid 30k for the car there. And then I had to pay for the inspection. Now tow hook cover. It isn't too big, but these should have been taken care by the dealer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

Sweet but very bitter experience
Recently bought a used vehicle from bmw of Momeraneck. Everybody was nice but when I got there the car advertised on cars.com was not the car I found when I got there. After a seven hour drive I come to find out that many features advertised on this vehicle were actually not in the vehicle. Sunroof. Heated seats. Telescoping steering wheel. Backup camera. I feel it is the dealers responsibility to check the ads of cars they are selling through other sites. I still-loved the car, but having driven so far I would have hoped to get the exact car I wanted. So. Drove it home. The next day the clutch broke and I couldn?t drive it. So began the week long process of them wheeling and dealing with my local vw dealer about price to fix it. As I write this I still don?t have my car. Should they have caught this problem during their inspection? Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe they pushed it through inspection because they knew I was coming a long way. I?m sure legally they had no responsibility to repair myca. I bought it as is with no warranty. However they did reach a consensus with my vw dealer and took care of all financial responsibility for the repair. I?m thankful they did but then again I feel they should take responsibility. So they did the right thing. My impatience of not having my new car made for a very stressful week. We were very happy with Justin our salesman and went over and above to answer any questions and take pictures for us. He personally did everything he could to secure our purchase. And the rest of the staff was fine. But cars.com needs to be called out. Copy and pasting car features is a deceiving practice.

Service not up to BMW standards
I brought the car for maintenance to BMW at Mamaroneck. While appointments are always available and the staff is friendly and courteous, today was a bad day to say the least. As it turned out, I needed a new tire, service and two minor issues that I brought up. They said it would be a couple of hours, I told them i would wait for it. 2 hours into the wait around 1030 I was told it would take 2-3 hours more and was offered to be driven home and picked up. I got a call about 1230 that the car is getting done but I will get picked up around 2.30-3 pm. $700 plus, 7 hours and wasted my whole day. Even more amazing, they charged me for replacing the battery on my car key and didn?t. I found that the hard way after I had driven away with the car. Granted I should have checked. Worse. I am writing this a few weeks after and despite my letting them know, they did not have the decency of even reaching out to me let alone an apology and fixing the problem. I am not willing to say that they are bad people far from it, my service advisor Doug is a very helpful and decent guy but on this one they dropped the ball and what amazes me is that they did not make any effort to make it up. What can I say??..I did expect better from BMW.

Hello Bakhtiar, We are sorry for the delay in the pickup process, as we do schedule within the time frame window to assist all clients. We always accommodate, whenever possible, an immediate pickup. However, at certain times of the day, it is not an option. In regards to the key, we regret that the programming did not fully initialize. Certain features of the comfort access system did not come online, and a second quality control check may have caught this in time. Please reach out to Kristen at 914-881-3628 to discuss, as we would be happy to try and resolve both of these items to your utmost satisfaction. Thank you, Joe Czarnecki BMW of Greenwich General Manager
wasted my time
I brought the car for maintenance today. On the plus side, appointments are always available and the staff is friendly and courteous. As it turns out today it needed a new tire as well. I told them i would wait for it. I was told about 2-3 hours. 2 hours into the wait around 1030 I was told it would take 2-3 hours more and was offered to be driven home and picked up. I got a call about 1230 that the car is getting done but I will get picked up around 2.30-3 pm. $700 plus, 7 hours and wasted my whole day. 3.30pm finally picked up the car. Got home and checked that the key battery they charged for to replace was not done. Thankfully I had a backup key in the car. Totally disappointing and irresponsible service.

Luis Reyes, Jr. is fantastic
Luis is fantastic, as is the whole team at BMW of Mamaroneck. I came on a weekday afternoon from another dealership. He was able to quickly found the vehicle I needed and worked to get me the best deal possible. There is a lot of competition in the NYC metro area, and Luis is one of the best. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Kristen Zallo the sales manager was also very patient in helping me get pricing on multiple cars. Most managers don't want to do that, but she did. It is greatly appreciated.

Best dealership in the area
BMW of Mamaroneck is one of the best car dealerships in the area. The customer service is excellent and the staff is very professional and respectful. The dealership consistently goes above and beyond and I can't wait to lease my next BMW from them. Although I did not purchase either of the BMW's I currently have from this dealership, I will definitely be giving them my business when our lease term is up. The service department in Port Chester is fantastic and always ensures my expectations are met. They always have appointments available in a timely manner and work diligently to return the car back. The car is always washed and every maintenance concern is addressed. The loaner vehicles are extremely clean and frequently, you are allowed to pick the car from what is available. The service department always calls to confirm the appointment and after the appointment, they follow up to make sure the service was an exceptional experience. Justin Amodeo and Doug Dente have been very helpful with each appointment and I can't thank them enough.

Terrible Dealership
I leased my 2015 BMW from the dealership. Rani was the salesperson and Kristen was the Sales manager. Kristen lied to me that someone from BMW will call be a month or 2 before my lease ends and sell miles to me at $0.08 so I don't have to pay $0.25 overage when I return my car. She said then that she had helped a customer with buying additional miles just a day before. Lies. No one called me so I called BMW. What Kristen told me was complete BS. BMW does not sell miles at $0.08 or anything close to that. A few weeks ago I called her with the intention of buying out my lease at the end. She was to get back to me. Never did. Do yourself a favor and choose another dealership. Stay away from these guys.

Drove 2 hours for nothing
I was talking with Shanique, an online salesman, about a used car I was interested in and asked several times for actual pictures of the car (the site only showed stock images) which she has still not sent to me. She told an in store salesman, Brian, about me and he called me to make an appointment for the next week to see the car. A week went by, and Shanique still never sent me pictures of the car. I drove 2 hours and when I got there for my appointment the secretaries acted odd, which made me think something was up, and Brian did not help me at all even though I clearly saw him just standing around. After about 20 minutes of waiting Luis came up and helped me, and was very friendly. Luis showed me a model of the car inside the showroom, which looked different in appearance than the description online. I asked if this was the used 2014 model and he told me that it was actually a new one. I asked if I could see the 2014 one and he walked away to ask where it was, and after a few minutes he came back apologetic saying that it was still in the mechanic shop. Shanique and Brian had a week to inform me that I wouldn't be able to see the car, but never said anything about it so I wasted about 5 hours of my time driving and sitting in a dealership to see a car that wasn't there. Afterwords I got an email from the general sales manager asking how my experience was. The email did not apologize or even acknowledge the fact that I wasn't able to see the car, meaning his employees probably didn't mention it to him. My recommendation if you end up dealing with Shanique or Brian is to either ask for another salesman or just stop contacting the dealership altogether.
