When arriving to Longo Toyota I was in complete awh to see how big it and nice it was. The dealership itself spans across 500 acres and tons of selection to choose from new or used. Fred was my sales men and honestly couldn’t have made the process any smoother. He was transparent with pricing and finance rates which we all know is the scariest parts about buying a new cars. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. All in all I left with the exact car I wanted at a price lower than expected and I couldn’t happier with Fred’s help!

Fred was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all our questions and helped us get the best deal on a used but essentially brand new hybrid Toyota Corolla. He even stayed until an hour past the dealership closing (and his shift) to close the deal.

Huge shoutout to Bruce Herrera for the world-class service. The shop was packed when I arrived, but Bruce handled the chaos with total professionalism. He got my car in, kept me posted on the progress via text/call, and had me back on the road exactly when he promised. He makes the entire service process seamless and stress-free. 10/10 service—thanks, Bruce!

Excellent service. Vehicle is always ready in a timely fashion. They have a shuttle service if they need to keep the vehicle for service. Service advisors are very helpful, professional, and show a true interest in customer's concerns about their vehicle.

I am delighted to say that this is my 6th Toyota Camry. These automobiles have been “the best” I have had the pleasure of driving. They required routine maintenance and nothing in addition, which makes them very dependable and affordable. Not only did he greet me with a warm friendly smile, he also kept me informed of the process of my car while I was waiting in the lobby, which is very comfortable.
