Service was very good.
Service was very good. Work completed as outlined. Certain aspects were above and beyond. Customer interaction however should be more up front and personal and not everything done by texting. This is Longo's issue, not Alex's and not a reflection of his service quality. He did make personal contact when the car was ready.

The longo toyota made me sign 3 contract 1on 2/20/26and 2ND on 2/21/26 3rd on2/26/26 WHEN I bought the truck they told me you have 5day return policies i went to return the truck on 2/21/26 instead returning the truck they made me sign a contract told me that we giving you better deal so keep the truck instead of better deal they put almost $5000 more on the contract so I called RENE THE FINANCE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AND SIGN A NEW CONTRACT BUT I ALSO TOLD HER TO TAKE THE TRUCK BACK AND PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT AND RETURN MY TRADE BACK SHE TOLD ME NO BUT I WILL TAKE ALL EXTRA MONEY OUT OF THE CONTRACT UNTIL TODAY I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE TRUCK NOBODY TALK TO ME IT WAS THE WORST DEAL I EVER HAD BUYING A CAR THEY RIP ME LEFT AND RIGHT AND I AM STILL NOT HAPPY WITH THE TRUCK I NEED SOME HELP I WILL CALL F. T. C. ON MONDAY

IASK RENE TO BACK THE TRUCK AND RETURN THE DEPOSIT AND GIVE ME MY TRADE BACK SHE SAID NO TO ME IT WAS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I AM NOT HAPPY BUYING THE TRUCK I WILL REPORT TO FEDERAL TRADE COMISION ALSO SO THE 3 CONTRACT TO THE NEWS PEOPLE HOW THE DEALERSHIP IS TAKEING ADVANTAGE OF COSTOMERS WHO CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONTRACT PROPERLY I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM GOD BLESS YOU ALL BYE
