I've never had a better experience purchasing anything. Other GM dealerships should take note because Budds has figured out the secret in treating customers right. My whole experience with Ms. Beverly Watt was very helpful, informative and she made it enjoyable, from beginning to end, when making my leasing arrangements for my Chevrolet Cruze. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Sat with me in the car on delivery and went over everthing and even put my old plates on the new car! I have dealt with Budd's for 12 years and I am always pleasantly surprised at the top quality service I get, right from service (Jim) right through to leasing a new car, (Lee and Beverly). I would highly recommend Budd's to everybody!

We were just browsing one Sunday afternoon and got connected to Farid. He was extremely helpful and very full of information. He was great to work with, and very informative when I picked the car up. He sat with me and explained everything about the car that I would need to know. I would recommend him to people I know who are interested in purchasing a car.

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX from Budd's in Oakville, and dealt with Farid Bunni. It was an excellent experience; they were willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle, and quickly arranged to have some changes made to it that I requested, so it was quickly ready for delivery. The staff at Budd's are very friendly and quite professional. I would highly recommend dealing with Budd's, and specifically with Farid, to anyone looking to purchase a used Cadillac or other GM product. I also dealt with their parts department, for some accessories I ordered for the SRX, and the turn-around time on these was very quick (even though these had to be ordered in).

I am a university student who bought my first car from Farid in Oakville. He was knowledgeable, friendly, took his time explaining things and most of all was very approachable and funny! Brand New 2012 GMC Terrain for my wife. I walked into the Budds dealership sometime in November of 2012 and dealt with Bill Coombe from the beginning. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and when we finally settled on the Terrain we started talking budget. Upon my first visit, the Terrain was not in my budget and I had asked Bill to contact me if any incentives came up that would make the Terrain available in my price range. Fully expecting to hear from the dealership twice a week for the rest of my life, it was nice to learn that the Bill did nothing of the sort. He didn't pester me into making a deal I couldn't afford, nor did he try to find something else for me to buy. He understood what I wanted, and from the start, looked out for my best interests. He called once in December to let me know that the price had come down a little, and then once near the end of Jan to let me know that the price was now in my budget. A few hours later, I bought my first brand new car. The buying experience was great. I normally don't give my number to car dealerships, because I don't like all the phone calls, but this wasn't the case at Budd's. I didn't have to settle, and the dealership, along with Bill were willing to work with me. I highly recommend Budds Chevrolet. Thank you Bill! Ryan

Bill provided us with excellent costumer service. Bill found us our trax quickly and gave us a great price. The dealership looked very nice and had a lot of models available. The trax I was looking for was standard and this dealership was one of the few ones that had one on the lot.

I have dealt with a few of the GM dealerships over the past years and I must say that Budd's is the best top on my list. Beverly is bright, very friendly, very accommodating, very capable and very professional. She provided a very exceptional service. I had the greatest experience while I was making a deal with this dealership.
