Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC

I was looking for a used SUV, and came across Budds Chev's website, where I found an interesting SUV. I called Henry, and asked him about it - he was descriptive about it, and requested that I come by the dealership to speak to him. I ended up buying this SUV and my experience was that I actually got a great price, and the customer service provided to me was old-school good service. I had to make a couple of follow-up visits to this dealership and Henry was only happy to help me sort things out, even though the sale had already been made a month ago. I also visited this dealership for servicing my car, and their service was impeccable. I'd happily recommend these guys.

I was looking for a truck to replace my old one. I was greeted by Basil upon entering Budd's. He was very polite and he and Rob took care of everything, getting me into my 2011 Chev Silverado. I felt like they went above and beyond what most other dealerships would, and was very happy with the service they provided me.

My Brother in law bought a Chevy Cruze at Budd's and spoke highly of the car and how well he was treated by Mr. Basil Silas. My Sister in law was in the market for a new car and so on her brothers recommendation she made an appointment with Basil and lo and behold she bought a Chevy Cruze and she too extolled the virtues of Basil. About two weeks later My wife and I decided it was time to give up our 2007 Pontiac Montana and downsize to something more economical. Well, as my wife's Brother and sister had both bought a Chevy Cruze from Basil and had spoken so highly of him, even though we live in Hamilton we traveled to Budd's. Sure enough Basil was exactly as described by my in laws. He made us feel at home, and was very knowledgeable about all the different cars. In the end, you guessed it, we purchased a Chevy Cruze. Basil set aside an hour to explain everything there is to know about the new Chevy Cruze. When we left the dealership in our new car we were not thinking about the money we had spent but how it had been a very long time since we had received that kind of personal service. So, kudos to Budd's and thank you Basil for making the purchase of a new car such a pleasurable experience and proving once again that word of mouth is the best advertising. I recently purchased a used car from Budd's and Henry Drodge was my salesman. Henry was very helpful and honest about the vehicles I was looking at and made me feel very comfortable and in control. He was very friendly and extremely helpful and treated me with the utmost respect and like any other client even though I was only buying a $5500 car! He was very helpful in finding me a few nice cars he knew I'd be interested in and didn't pressure me in the least. The rest of the staff at Budd's was very friendly and polite to me while I was at the dealership as well. I would definatly recommend dealing with Henry Drodge and visiting Budd's if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!
