Bill is simply the best! From the very beginning to even after the car was delivered, he took good care of us. We were concerned about buying a used vehicle, but he was friendly, open-minded and responsible beyond expectations. Kathryn and Bill worked hard to get me the right price on my used Lancer trade-in. They are both very helpful and I had a fantastic experience. This is the second GM car I bought from Budds' and I would gladly go back to the two of them when it is time for my next car. I was going to buy a new car and just was driving by Budds' Chevrolet dealership. Decided to drop by, and was very warmly received. It was my first car purchase ever, and guys from Budds' walked me through and everything was very easy ad pleasant. + I was able to settle most of questions by email, which is very comfortable way to communicate and send documents + Dealers was very cooperative and helpful when it came to 'how do I pay' and 'what do I do now'

Easiest car purchase ever. We bought a used 2012 Chevrolet Malibu. Because I lived 1.5 hours away from the dealer I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape. Beverly discussed the car with me fully over the phone and gave me confidence in the vehicle. She was very responsive and sent the carfax over email right away. Any question I had about the car was answered right away. When I arrived everyone at the dealership was very helpful and the deal was closed without any problems. The price for the car was the lowest on the internet - and when I arrived they dropped it even more without me even asking! All of the guys who work there wear suits, which at first makes you feel uncomfortable but you get used to it. It shows they mean business. This is a great dealership to deal with. It's too bad they live 1.5 hours away from me as I bet they have an outstanding service department as well.
