Bill was an acquaintance I knew through our children' sports. When my current vehicle died after 13 years and 330,000 Kms I thought I would start my new vehicle search with him. The search didn't last long as Bill gauged my needs accurately and recommended a car that fit me perfectly. I decided to purchase Buick due to reasons including but not limited to, (1) reliability, (2) 7 seating spacing equivalent to a van, (3) strong brand, (4) positive feedback from the existing customers and great look of its exterior and interior. The decision to swicth from Honda to Buick took a long while but it is primarily driven by the fact that this SUV is designed and manufactured keeping in view the customer needs, requirements and preferences in addition to the market conditions and road safety factors.

First time visiting Budds gm dealership. Travelled an hour just to get there and I have to say it was well worth it. 11/10 for customer service. Very nice people. They are willing to work with you in any way they can.

Bill went over the top. I was nervous about buying my first truck but Bill made the extra effort to find me the truck that I really wanted. Even though I switched my choice the night before we had an agreement, I woke up the next morning and Bill had my truck. Every effort was made to ensure that I was satisfied and he reassured me he was only a phone call away for any questions or concerns. Nothing beats awesome customer service. He delivered exactly what he promised and suffice to say....I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!!
