When I first inquired about a used car I found online I was impressed by their prompt response, and every quick response thereafter. As a first-time car buyer, from a dealership, I was nervous when I walked in to see the car I had inquired about. Bill was very welcoming, greeting us right away. I found he was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. He was personable and I liked how he shared a little about himself and showed an interest in me as well. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing the car. I would recommend Bill to other car buyers in the future. Bounsay was another individual who made my car-buying experience a positive one. He also showed an interest in me and did what he could to help me buy my car. He responded to each of my emails and phone calls in a prompt manner, no matter what time of day I contacted him. Visited Budds showroom for the purpose of purchasing a 2010 Buick Regal, of a specific color. Farid Bunni was very helpful in assisting with the information and specifics of the Regal. The specific color was not available at this dealership, however he arranged a swift delivery in a very short time Mr Bunni was very attentive and courteous in his manner.
