Amazing customer service

We were served by Jack and Peter. Both extremely friendly , knowledgable and patience . They even gave our daughter little treats while we wait for our new car to be ready for us to take home . We would absolutely recommend this location , particularly Peter and Jack .

Very Good Experience

Very good experience working with Scott Scordo. I would recommend this dealership. Everyone I worked with was very professional and easy to work with. Pricing and customer experience were better than our local dealership.

Wonderful experience ordering new car at Monmouth

I had a fantastic experience ordering my new car with the Monmouth dealership. They were professional, courteous and made the whole process very easy. They kept me updated on the arrival date which helped greatly for the transfer of my then current car. I absolutely look forward to working with them for my vehicle needs in the future. My first review was good.

My first review was good. I was towed to dealer vehicle was fixed so I thought. The invoice stated replaced battery.The next day vehicle would not start. I examined battery and found battery cover missing and the positive battery cable to be missing bolt for connecting cable to battery. Dealer found cover on mechanics bench and replaced bolt. Ten months later, vehicle was towed again to dealer would not start. Battery replaced again! Unnoticed by me except my cleaning invoices from glove box. I noticed battery being replace twice in one year. Forward to present, and I find while cleaning engine dirt and rust, I find the battery hold down clamp is missing. Most likely on the "mechanic bench" again. I highly recommend if you bring your vehicle to this service department rightly bring your vehicle to another mechanic to get it checked out. I miss the service department of Paramus Land Rover (Prestige). I never had a problem with this dealer. This is an updated review with added content.
