We bought 3 cars over the years. Service just had the car for 40 days. Service person was a nice young man. 40+ days - I stopped in the dealer and open a case with Land Rover North America, never heard from one management person. Over the years, most likely spent over 200k with this dealer. We had a problem and management went ghost. If I serviced my clients like this, we'd be out of business. again, nice service person - my grade on management was an F-

Joe, I'm following up from your reply. I apologize it took me a little while to get back to you. As I said in my first reply, I thought Alfreda in sales and Liam in service did the best job they could considering the circumstance. My issues are not with you personally. My issue was Land Rover Corporate and your local GM. In the big picture, I think the Land rover product have electrical problems from manufacturing that get thrown to the dealer when it faults. The Sr. Management of your company in my mind is not being forthright with its customers. That problem gets thrown to sales and service and it puts you behind the eight ball. You had our car for over 40 days, and Sr. Management had zero communication with us. For a loyal customer, I think that is wrong. Thank you for reaching out to Lora. We've always liked the design of the cars, but we've left Land Rover because of mechanical trouble and communication. I say it to help your company in the future. Best of Luck Shawn - 732-539-1778
