Repairs on my 2008 Trailblazer SS
My Chevy SS Truck is 15 years old and parts were no longer available from GM to make the repairs. Henna Service Department searched for an alternative and found parts that would allow the truck to be repaired. Thanks Henna for all you've done to keep my 2008 Trailblazer SS still running down the road!

Best service department ever. Fast friendly courteous service manager Mark Wilson is amazing. Super fast, respectful and courteous Would definitely recommend Henna Chevrolet. Great VIBES from entire staff. The efficiency and the manners all the way around was the best experience

I have purchased several vehicles recently and had a good experience with the purchase but the service department was the absolute worst the last few times. Henna used to be the only place I took my vehicles for service but that has changed. I bought a custom truck from them and as of the last 2 services, they refuse to rotate my tires because they are not stock. They sold me the truck brand new with those wheels and I purchased the replacement tires from them. They damaged a rim and have not replaced it. They won't return my calls.

Dumb or deceptive, certainly a waste of time
Had numerous texts with sales person Pablo, he took video of his test drive and sent to me stating everything was fine, sounded and drove well. When I test drove there was a clearly audible squeak/noise coming from the rear driver side wheel. I know it originated from the wheel b/c slowing down and speeding up changed the frequency of the noise. Additionally, anytime hard acceleration was done the check engine light would Flash, the engine bay made a terrible sound and the transmission would not shift smoothly up or down. If you value your time whatsoever, i’d recommend not even giving vehicles at this dealership a look.

The service technician was very polite and was able to do his best to get me in and out. My under carriage cracked and was not repairable so needed a new one.
