This delarship is worse delarship I ever seen,horrible customer service, I called many times a few days ago to make an appointment for service they told me today we are gonna call you never called back now about 1 week is joke,I called covert chevrolet great customer service same day service

Service was performed in a timely manner as is my usual experience. I've bought vehicles from this dealership since the 90's. I've always trusted Mark Poth and team with all service concerns including oil changes.

Noel Salgado is a real stand up guy with a great team.

Noel Salgado is a real stand up guy with a great team. They helped me out of a horrible situation and got me in a car I could afford. Super impressed with their level of customer service and professionalism. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The dealer who helped us was great.

The dealer who helped us was great. But please do not trust the Finance department. It has been 2 weeks and my wife & I are sitting here waiting for the old car to be paid off making additional payments. Now we have to make double the payments. The dealer responded that they sent a regular mail and not willing or trying to help us track the check. So, we are stuck in ambiguity and the banks keep calling us everyday. I think it is unprofessional and not fair to be in this spot. Please make sure the finance department sends the checks overnight and I highly recommend paying extra for overnight proactively to avoid complications like this. Thank you and Good luck!

My tire lock bolt was not returned after my routine tune

My tire lock bolt was not returned after my routine tune up. I realized that I didn?t have my tire lock bolt when I returned two weeks later to replace my tire sensor. I finally got it back after contacting several times the dealership and learned that it wedged between my car seat and console. I suggest that all parts that need to be returned be placed in a bag and handed back to the customer.

Gabriel Pena was fantastic!

Gabriel Pena was fantastic!! Friendly helpful and patient ! As my husband and I purchased a new truck we made a mistake and needed to return it . Gabriel made the process to smooth and easy we were able to get in the right truck with out any hassles and everyone who needed to stay after hours and help did! They were all very nice and didn?t mind sticking around ! I would definitely recommend family and friends to go out and see Gabriel for any vehicle purchase!

Yesterday I sold a car at Henna.

Yesterday I sold a car at Henna. The purchaser is named Omar. I discovered we both liked Boston Scally hats. Over all Omar's customer service and attention to detail was extremely well. I recommend selling your car to Henna. Ask for Omar.

The internet sales department doesn’t respond to emails

The internet sales department doesn’t respond to emails or correspondence. Unprofessional and discourteous to a buyer. I made multiple inquiries and was ready to do an internet purchase.

My long time Service Alvin is top notch! He is always ready to listen to my concerns and / or car service needs. Took my Chevy Malibu in for an oil changed .

Took my Chevy Malibu in for an oil changed .. service was really REALLY fast .. at first I was impressed but they really weren’t that busy.. and they did nothing .. no windshield wiper fluid no air in the tires and obvious checking pressure as all of my dash reminders are still telling me I have no wiper fluid and when I checked .. yup.. when I asked one of the device desk folks why my tire pressure was unchanged he lazily told me “that is normal” .. I would give zero stars if I could and will never get my oil changed there again. (Jiffy Lune has better service than this!! And cheaper!!). not at $95.. and now wondering if they actually changed the oil!!!
