TLDR: Used car manager told us he would rather sell a used truck to auction rather than bring the price down $500 for a truck that had been sitting on the lot for over 100 days. It ended our conversation. I used to trust Henna but not anymore. I purchased 2 new cars from Henna over the past few years and vouched for quality service to a friend. I brought a close friend to Henna to look at a used truck and had the most unpleasent experience I have ever had at a dealership. The used car department has ruined Henna's chance for my family to ever buy new from them again. To make a long story short, a used Nissan Titan was on the lot for $27995. It had been on the lot for over 100 days as of 1/24/2024. We made a few offers and used cars told us there is no negotiation. We eventually asked for the used car manager. Our salesperson told the manager who sits behind a glass wall that we would like to talk to him. He ignored us for 20 minutes making very clear that he didn't care to speak to us all all. It was insulting and imbarrassing and before we walked out I reached out to the front desk to get his attention. We were not rude in any way, but I still told the manager that I was a loyal buyer and I brought this friend in good faith. I asked why there was zero negotiation and he said they were going the way of Carmax. He then asked our price, we said $26500. Use car car manager responded with $27500. We told him we could do $27000. He told us he would rather sell it to auction then give it to us for $500 dollars cheaper. So we left... it was awkward, we felt like we were the bad guys and they didnt ask for a number or anything. All for a used vehicle negotiation ask for $27000 from the list price of $27995. Use car manager was rude, the car salesman was rude. Just told us that Henna has changed and doesnt care about loyaty. Don't give them the time of day.

Lower your expectations
I had to bring in my 2023 Chevy bolt EUV for service due to recall and an issue with the TMS system and the charging port having a malfunction and staying in the locked position. Making appointment with Kaylee started off great she advised me that the turnaround time would be about 4 to 7 business days due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to be without a vehicle and she spoke with her manager to help get me into a rental vehicle however, Ian The guy who works with EV?s seem to be very unenthusiastic when he was doing the intake on the vehicle. He also advised me of the same turnaround time. I left my car there on a Monday and never got any updates until Friday. I decided to call in and try to get an update on the vehicle , I spoke to Ian and he was very condescending over the phone and even asked me well. What did I say when you dropped it off? It caught me off guard because I?ve worked in the service industry for a very long time and I couldn?t understand why he felt it was necessary when I was calling five days later about my vehicle that I just bought and shouldn?t really be having any issues with it because it?s still new. He also questioned if I had a rental like if I was supposed to be fine with how long it was taking because I had the rental when in reality I don?t want to be driving a rental around because I?m liable for that vehicle and it?s also a gas vehicle and I drive an electric vehicle, luckily I was able to connect again with Kaylee and she repaired our relationship. I had to let her know that I didn?t want to work with Ian anymore. When I came to pick up the vehicle they didn?t put any windshield washer fluid or wash the vehicle and when I asked about the washing, they said they don?t do that unless the customer request it , but how are you supposed to know that you?re supposed to request something like that every car that I?ve ever bought previously whenever I have service at the dealership it comes back to me with the fluids topped up and the car washed. It just really wasn?t a good experience. Oh, and on top of that, then they wanted to recommend an alignment a brake flush and tire rotation and balance said everything would come out about $300 NO THANKS

I regret to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience
I regret to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with Henna Chevy’s car service in Austin, Texas. Mr. Wen, the service advisor, demonstrated poor communication throughout the process. My car, a new Suburban 2023 under warranty, was kept for over 10 days due to brake pad issues, and no loaner vehicle was provided. Despite multiple visits (a total of 5), the problem persists, and the reasons remain unknown according to the service team. The constant date changes only added to the frustration. This has been a deeply disappointing ordeal.

Disappointing dealing with this team. There’s been multiple issues with my truck and now this. I’ll be sure to shop else where in the future.
I was lied too and discarded by their sales team.
I wanted to use this dealer since they had excellent reviews. However, my experience was horrible. They had the car listed on 7/9/23 at $21,895. I called on 7/10 and spoke to John and he verified the price was correct. He told me I had to put $500 down to hold the vehicle, which I never heard of. I called him on his cell 7/11 and no response. Called again 7/12 with no response. I texted him on the 13th and 14th with no response. Finally, after no response again on the 14th, I called their main number and was transferred to Tony. Tony said they never had the car listed at that price and the price was $23,395. He also said he didn't know what I was talking about with the $21k price. I sent him the link to cars.com which showed the price at $21,895 and he said he would go talk to him manager. He came back to the phone and said $21k was not valid and was no one was authorized to sell at that price. He also said he had no idea why John told me that, even though it clearly stated that price on this website and theirs. After I gave Tony a few choice words, John then texted me back (after a week of no communication) within 10 mins saying the car was sold, which was a lie. To this day, 7/29/23 the car is still listed on their site for sale...............Not sure what they were trying to pull but now I wonder what would have happened if I put the $500 down for a car that was not authorized to sell at that price, per the manager.

I went to Henna today trying to sell my car, with high expectations, since they claim on their ad they will give you $500 more than Carmax! WHAT A LIE THAT IS! First of all you need to have the 2 keys or else they drop their offer to $200 and you better be willing to wait 6 weeks to get paid, since they will not pay you until they get all the "paperwork" done. It's obvious that they will try to sell the car before paying you, because NOBODY does that! I obviously left and went back to Carmax!!

Told me it was in stock and drove to look at 45 minutes and then told it was sold 2 days earlier then next day another salesman called and said it was available but I questioned how could that be when i was assured it had been sold he then looked into it and it was on hold for employee of the dealership not at all a good experience with cars.com or the dealership
