As is usually the case at Henna Service Department, Mark

As is usually the case at Henna Service Department, Mark Poth and team went above and beyond to get my truck fixed in a timely manner. I called Mark late one afternoon to describe problem. He was pretty sure he knew what was wrong, but would need to confirm and check on parts availabilty. He called me the next morning to tell me parts were available bring the truck and they would get right on it, which they did. Truck was fixed by the next morning and I picked it up app. 24 hours after dropping it off. Kudos to the Henna Service Department.

jj In my opinion this is a classic example of Deceptive sales Practice at its best. I have spoken with three different salespersons at the Henna dealership. I first viewed the add off of the cars.com website. I still have the add. I originally contacted the dealership via phone with the add in hand. I spoke to a sales agent on Sept 4 who spent quite a bit of time going over the truck and my vehicle needs. I then was told it would be in on Friday the 13th but I could come in the on Friday 9-6-24 to do worksheet etc.. I expressed I was coming from 4 hrs. away. With photo in hand on my way to dealership I called via phone, and I was told salesperson is not in and neither is the truck. I was told to call on Monday of the following week 9-9. no response on Monday. Now on Friday 9-13-24 I call and I'm told ohh it will be 2 more weeks at that point I inquired wanting to do the deposit and at least whatever paperwork I could do, only to be told later by Christian, this is not what we advertised it's not a diesel which the add says it is. I was told sorry guess cars.com just screwed up. we don't use there add we use our add. I have spoken with 3 different salespeople and a written add and no one caught this after 1 long distance trip and a potential deposit. All he said is "he realizes its wrong but it's not his fault." THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND TRAP . In My Opinion accountability is a Serious issue, The Character of a person or business defines who they are. if most of us did this and responded like this we would be fired. It is truly a deceptive sales practice at best.

Eddie Wallace and his gang of idiots are a joke.

Eddie Wallace and his gang of idiots are a joke. They destroyed one of my rims and changed my oil with an oil leak to follow on my C8 Vette. I sent paid invoices to Eddie totaling $637.21 for reimbursement for power coating the replacement rim, deposit lost with powder coating company because the replacement rim was not the rim on the car, and the oil change at Capital Chevrolet performed . Don't be tricked by their smoke and mirrors sideshow.

I had a scheduled appointment with Henna Chevrolet's

I had a scheduled appointment with Henna Chevrolet's Service Department on February 7th, 2024, at 9 am, and my experience left me deeply disappointed. Despite making the appointment in advance and clearly outlining my concerns in the comments section, I was met with a level of service that fell far below expectations. Driving 40 minutes one-way from South Austin to reach the dealership was already a significant inconvenience, but I was willing to make the journey in the hope of receiving timely and attentive service. However, upon arrival, my anticipation turned into frustration and disappointment when I was informed of the circumstances. Not only would I need to leave my vehicle for an extended period of time with no courtesy vehicle provided, but it was also revealed that my appointment comments—specifically requesting a call prior to the appointment to confirm that my vehicle's issues could be addressed the same day—had been completely disregarded. To compound matters, I was further informed that it would take 2-7 days for them to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. This disregard for my explicit request to receive a call prior to my appointment wasted not only my time, money, and energy but also shattered any confidence I had in Henna Chevrolet's Service Department. The fact that nobody bothered to read or acknowledge the details I had provided is truly disheartening. It demonstrates a lack of attention to customer needs and a disregard for their time. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, neither of which were demonstrated during this visit. This experience has left me feeling not only frustrated but also deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by Henna Chevrolet's Service Department. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process, but instead, I was met with incompetence, indifference, and excuses. In light of this disappointing encounter, I strongly advise against entrusting Henna Chevrolet with your vehicle service needs.

General managers and dealers are irresponsible and rude, especially general managers avoid all situations and avoid contact.

I have bought several cars and have never been treated so poorly. Bad customer service and I ended purchasing a vehicle elsewhere
