I bought my Lincoln 2013 MK ex 23rd of October 2020 since then my car has been in the shop three times for service that’s not good the past two times it was in there I was given a loaner car it was in the shop for about a week or so the last time it was in the shop I did not receive a loaner car and I was out of a vehicle for another week
