Chrysler is recalling more than 178,200 examples of its Pacifica and Voyager minivans over an issue with the side curtain airbags. This recall expands two previous recalls, one from June 2025 and the other from September 2025.

Affected vehicles include model-year 2022-26 Pacificas and Voyagers. The side curtain airbags in these vehicles may not sufficiently retain pressure due to improperly sealed seams, increasing the risk of ejection and injury in the event of a crash.

To resolve the issue, dealers will replace the side curtain airbags, as necessary, for free. Vehicles previously repaired under one of the prior recalls will need to have the new remedy performed. Owner notification letters are expected to be sent May 14, but those with further questions can contact Chrysler parent automaker Stellantis’ customer service at 800-853-1403 (Chrysler’s numbers for this recall are 06D, 10D and 11D), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236, or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
