Saved my vacation!
I was on a family vacation in Indio when my car was stalling and check engine light turned on. I called Toyota freaking out and they were able to give me an appt the next morning. The tow truck picked up my Highlander at 7am and dropped it off with Jose. I received a call and told that a coil had to be fix. They offered to do the service too since they were already going to work on my car. Jose sent a shuttle driver to pick me up from the resort so I could pick up my car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Paola is Great!
I can't say enough kind things about Paola at I-10 Toyota. My family and I were deep in Sequoia NP, stuck in stop-and-go traffic and trying to head out on a hike, when the check engine light came on and the engine shut off. We live in New Hampshire and had had no car trouble at all on our way west, but expected something might pop up at some point on our month-long trip, just not at the top of a mountain. I was able to get the car to start, and we got it back to our hotel. We were going to Indio the next day, so I scheduled an appointment at I-10. The check engine light didn't come on when I started it up in the morning, and we got it to Toyota safely. Paola made sure that the tech gave the car a thorough check-up, and reported back what the issue was. It was clear my family's safety and confidence in our ability to make it back east was her main concern. Thank you!

Terrible roadside service
I was driving through Indio, On Mothers Day weekend when my 22 Prius prime experienced a flat tire on the I10, east of Washington st. At 4;30pm Roadside assistance dispatched a tow for me and I reached out to I10 Toyota ahead of time to let them know my problem. I spoke to a service advisor on the clock by the name of Josh. I explained to Josh, that i was from out of town, and needed to resolve this problem. Triple A was on the way and I would soon make my way to the dealership. He said. “ if you can be here by 5pm, we can take a look, I was supposed to be out of here by now, but if its after 5pm. It will need to wait til Monday morning” i explained I was not local and asked for another option, he referred to me Firestone auto care, they close at 6pm. As I ended my call, triple A arrived, this was 4:46 pm. I explained my dilemma, and he went to work right away. We pulled off the freeway and neared the dealership at 4:57pm. Based on Josh conversation, I decided to look for another option. Needles to say, I was not able to find any shop open and triple A had to drop my car at my last option, once out of options, and on the side of a business, I used the sealant and compressor that came with the car and managed to drive the car at 30MPH to Mecca. The dashboard looked like a Christmas tree, since all possible lights,. Including check engine light came on. At that time, I knew i had no other choice but to go to TOYOTA dealership. We found an alternate way to get back home 4 hrs away. Scheduled an appointment for Monday Morning. Work had to be missed, we left at 5AM to make the drive back in two separate vehicles to Mecca, and then Indio for the appointment. Once there, I was notified that my tire was not under warranty, and that my tire was not in stock, and would have to be ordered the next day, I decided to just purchase whatever tire was in stock, and asked multiple times if it would be ok and not alter the vehicle warranties in any way. The advisor said it would be fine. I told him my concerns with all the sensors and lights that came on when the car was operating on the temporary fix a flat. All this while i could see, whom i presumed to be Josh on a nearby station casually staring at his cell phone. I was told my car would be ready in hour and a half or two. After getting some food, I came back to the location and waited. 2 hours came, and no one came to find me, or call me regarding my car. We went back to the advisor desk, only to be told that the check engine light was on, and If i wanted them to look at it, once again, with my concern for the warranties and safe operation of the car, i said yes, then was told it would be another 2-3 hrs, since it was a different location. That was not an option, so I asked if if was in relation to the flat tire. He said it could easily be the gas cap. I took my chances and decided to take possession of my car, I paid out of pocket for the tire and service, no big deal. Took possession of my car, with a new tire and a dirty wheel; they did not put my hubcap back on, or even washed the car. I got back home by 6pm. This experience was very frustrating, especially since i made sure to buy every possible warranty at time of purchase, it turns out, you still have to buy warranty for the tires separately. I plan on Buying all 4 new tires from my local vendor with a warranty and roadside assistance. I was aware the vehicle came without a spare, but was under the impression the compressor and sealant would do what it is supposed to do, boy was i wrong. This flat tire set me back set me back hundreds of dollars, ie….missed work time, meals, fuel..but most importantly…TIME

Awesome service
Stranded from out of town when my Lexus broke down. Towed in around 7:30 without an appointment, no transportation and no where to stay. Jesus checked me in. I explained my predicament. Service tech accurately diagnosed the root cause of my problem and I was on the road by noon. Could not ask for better service time and quality of work.

Scheduled service
Went for scheduled service on my Camry and out in less than a hour. Was explained everything due to normal wear and tear. Will go back again.
