My car search experience with I-10 Toyota dealership was the best that I have ever experienced in my search for a car. I am speaking about the young man that assisted me. His customer service was impeccable. His name is David. This young man smiled, he was very patient with me. He did not rush me as I was in the decision making process with the car buying experience. David answered all of my questions with clarity and if he did not know he went to his superiors to get the answers for me. I'd like to say to David, thank you for your amazing customer service in dealing with me with great poise, confident, and patience. You are an example of what a great salesman are made of!! Excellent vehicle inspection and suggested repairs. However, I waited six (6) hours for an oil change and transmission fluid replacement. And, I-10 Toyota mailed me three (3) discount coupons in advance. But, they do not tell you that you can only use one of those coupons per service visit.

Excellent service and professionalism . Service was completed on time and washed. Service advisor was friendly and explained all that needed to be checked.

Do not go in for service here for your Toyota. They will scam you. Buyer Beware! They would not fix the bumper on my 2025 Camry after they broke the brackets on the reinstallation. I had to get it fixed through my insurance and file a formal BBB complaint.

This is my second vehicle purchased at I-10 Toyota. They work with you to buy the vehicle that fits you and your budget. They have an excellent service department which also the reason I stay with them.

95% of my Vists involve very over. Priced questionable “ repairs “. My mechanic nephew says he has never changed brake fluid in any cars or trucks. Just an example of how you eat the customer by scaring them.
