Bad service. They ruined the rims on my truck and refused to fix them. Do yourself a favor and drive far away from this Toyota service center.

Always upsells service.
Always upsells service. Wants to fix things that aren't broken. Checked red boxes for tires wearing uneven. Tires were new.

My alternator and battery died 40 miles east of Indio,
My alternator and battery died 40 miles east of Indio, and my Camry had to be towed to I-10 Toyota late Christmas Eve. They checked the car as soon as they opened on December 26 and proceeded to replace the battery and alternator in a timely manner. The service manager was courteous and knowledgeable.
