Eddie in the service department, insisted on a $205

Eddie in the service department, insisted on a $205 vehicle inspection before any repairs, even though I knew it was the inverter coolant pump and told them so. FYI all repairs will cost $205 extra because this checkout fee is not waived against the repair cost like most places do. I didn’t get any calls from the service department telling me that the car was ready to pick up, I had to initiate all communication for updates on the repair. After I picked up the car, I noticed the large plastic cover over radiator in engine compartment was missing. I drove back to Toyota service, they found the missing parts and reinstalled them. What kind of mechanic ‘finishes’ a job with big parts left over? All-in-all not a great experience.

Marco's is a great service advisor.

Marco's is a great service advisor. I appreciate the free snacks while I wait. For the most part a great service experience. Why do they overinflate tires? Door tag says 30 and mine are 37 cold after service. I can understand readjusting seat to drive around lot, but do they have to readjust mirrors, AC vents, and radio as well??? Irritating items. Thankfully everything else is great

Received excellent assistance from service specialist Marcos. Service department found and repaired the vehicle efficiently and professionally. Do miss the car washing. Hope they add it soon.

Tried to but a Tacoma from this dealership.

Tried to but a Tacoma from this dealership. After working towards a deal, the salesman, Jacob Chavez, stated they don't make deals for non-locals. I guess they like to have cars on their lot instead of selling them. Wound up buying my truck from Longo Toyota. There is a reason they are the number one dealer and you guys will never be. Ironically, I don't see Jacob's name on your website anymore after last weekend. Hopefully if he is gone, you will make more sales.
