This shop always gave me an honest opinions as far as mechanical issues in my car… my car drives good after the service so I keep coming back to them for service..

Great staff quality work!!

Enjoy taking my cars to I-10. Always greeted friendly and the staff are so easy to work with. My cars are well taken care of and love the ease of the Toyota app and the instant reports and feedback. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Good service

Good service and friendly staff. We were able to find Camry we were looking for despite of almost zero inventory of these models at other dealerships.

Don’t give them your business! CROOKS

Was lied to by Abel Barajas, salesman. Rude and unprofessional mgr Beltran. they ripped me off! Paid for services I didn’t receive. 0 stars! for business that puts $$$ over customer service!

Worse experience ever

Worse service department in the whole state of California. Understaffed and make you wait more than 3 hour before anyone even talks to you I don't understand why they make you set an appointment if they d on't respect it

Shocked I bought a new car on a whim without rese

I went in to schedule routine maintenance and order new base to driver's side seat. Never made it to the service dept. Was approached by salesman who sold me my 2020 Camry back in January. He asked how I liked the car. Proceeded to tell me the quirks that bothered me then took me to check out the Corolla Cross, which I had never heard of. Long story short I bought it then had buyers remorse. I just pray there are no issues with this brand new vehicle. However, first issue I notice is the gas tank ridiculously small and now I will have to make 2 trips to gas station per week. Hoping that's the only one. The car drives nice and smooth, takes corners well.

Quality

I’ve been going to I 10 Toyota since 2002, when I bought my Foruner SR 5. I have always been happy with the quality of the service department and the mechanics. My car still runs like new thanks to them. I would like the return of donuts in the waiting room

Great Experience

Quick service, great communication, everyone I came in contact with was kind and very pleasant including the car rental agent. I’m very happy with the service department and their abilities.

Excellent service! Fernando is great! :)

I have never had a bad experience with this business. I bought my auto at a different dealership and have used I-10 solely for years instead. They’re honest and explain the issues well. Their estimated time and cost is consistent. I’ve never felt upsold or taken advantage of. Fernando is great!
