Great Service and Great Facilities

I arrived and almost instantly I was asked how I could be helped. I explained the need to have a tire replaced with one that I had purchased -- Williamsburg Ford did not have a 235x40x19 so I purchased on my own. Right away one of the staff was called over to replace the tire. Within 25 minutes of driving in I was driving out. AS ALWAYS the staff was courteous. I will continue to have my Ford/Mercury cars serviced at Williamsburg Ford.

Although service department was very busy, they honored my appointment when I told them I had made one by phone. I like the inspection report provided. Did not like, display screen not returned to the screen I had it on.

Great Car Buying Experience

We had previously discussed buying our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport from another dealer until they pulled a "bait & switch" on us. Williamsburg Ford was terrific, great people, no pressure approach and a competitive price. Couldn't ask for anything more!

1st Appointment

When Ms. Driscoll looked up and saw I was looking for someone to take my car in, she stated she could help me; I told her I had made an online appointment for a state inspection. She inducted the car at 7AM and got me from the waiting room when it was complete. At 7:20 I was driving out.

2016 Escape

The driver visor was replaced in about 30 minutes in my new 2016 Escape. Now everything works.Dawn did A graat job as usual

Overall history of good service after the purchase

We have a Ford 150 and routinely service the truck at your dealership. You staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My vehicle is always serviced promptly and the work is done right. I've come to automatically call your dealership when service is needed because of a history of professionalism and knowing that my vehicle will be properly maintained.
