Free inspection needed

This was just a state inspection ($16) but I purchased my Focus before free State inspections. Mazda has free inspections & car wash. Valet /car . Focus still has hesitation occasionally. maybe Mazda next car???

Great place to purchase your new car.

John K. has sold us our last two vehicles. It is truly a pleasure to have someone like him in your employ. John is most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in the product line. He has made the entire experience a great experience. The Sales Manager was also most courteous and knowledgeable in the financing assistance. Our purchase was a 2017 Escape. My wife and I are totally pleased with the entire process.

Excellent Service -- as usual

As usual I received excellent service. When I arrived at 7:00 AM the service staff was expecting me since I had used the online "request service" form to request "The Works" and a state inspection. I was told that my car should be ready in about an hour so I went into the waiting and showroom area to read the local paper they had provided, to checkout the showroom cars, and to read my book. True to their word my 2014 Fusion was ready to drive home at around 8:15 AM. When I paid my bill I was reminded that there was a Ford rebate available and I was reminded how to process. The excellent service is why I continue to return to the dealership.

Great people

This was the best car buying experience ever. The customer service was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Good honest people work there. You don't find that very often.THANKS!

Great sevice

It took a couple more days than planned, but the work was excellent as always. You can never tell work was done on the vehicle and that is the way it is supposed to be.
