I came in to look at the Ford Explorer as my wife was unhappy with the size of her 2015 Suburban LTZ we had recently purchased. My expectations were low as I new it woukd be difficult to fet out of the current vehicle. After meeting Rob he worked hard to find a way to make it work. We ended up getting a very fair amount for our trade as well as 0% interest on out new Explorer Platinum! Byron Lineberry and Rob Pesante both were excellent!

Respectful, polite and professional
We brought in our 2009 lincoln MKS for some minor warranty work. They gave us a loaner to drive (2013 Edge SUV Type) while the work was being done which only took a half a day. Every one is polite and professional. These are some of the reasons we purchased and have work done by you even though we mostly live and work in Northern Virginia.

Great service; the entire complex is very clean.
I brought my old SUV to the Ford Service Center for 7 years. From that excellent experience, I knew the Ford Sales Team would be great too. Pete Jefferson came out to check on me when I first started looking for a new car in the lot. He was kind and very helpful and I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision. I ordered a new 2015 Edge and took possession on 12/31/2016. I am very pleased with my service.

Overall review
Service department is excellent. Purchased a 2013 Ford Edge. Great car. What tipped the sale to Williamsburg Ford was an attentive sales person, good price, and offered amenities that were important. By that I mean the free oil changes, inspections, and loaner car. I live in Toano and work at Langley AFB. Having a loaner car is very important and influenced buying the car in Williamsburg rather than at a Hampton Ford dealership. I recommend Williamsburg Ford all the time and will likely bring my son in this summer to look at a car. I also enjoy that your service department is open late.

2016 Escape. My new, sweet, Escape had her first oil change. We were in and out in an hour. Everyone was nice. Price definitely good.

Great Experience
This is the third vehicle we've bought at Williamsburg Ford and the best experience so far. Robert Pesante couldn't have been more helpful in the purchase of my new F 150. He was a pleasure to deal with. Likewise, Ron Gibson was great, handling the financial side of the sale with his usual effeciency.
