Great service

Had to get an oil change. Made an appointment and when I arrived, my car was taken immediately.. they found a few things to be replaced and replaced them quickly. In and out within two hours. Very pleased with the service.

Light-speed Service

Service at the speed of light. And the free oil change for life, because I bought my Ecoboost Mustang at Williamsburg Ford, is another big plus for recommending the dealership to my family and friends.

Excellent experience - Greg and Bryon were great!

About three weeks ago I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE 4wd with a 2.0L turbocharged engine from Williamsburg Ford with help and great customer service from Greg Buck and Byron Lineberry. I had never been to this dealership before but it was well worth the little ride up there - they provided a great experience and I felt that I got a fair deal. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with no hassle and no pushing. Would highly recommend Greg and Bryon at Williamsburg Ford - you could tell that they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy and that I was getting exactly what I wanted.

Replacement of drivers side seat belt assembly

Replaced drivers side seat belt assembly. Assembly would not slide from top position. Car had fewer than 300 miles and two months old.

Service done at Ford

Had to get an oil change and inspection done, plus I asked for the tires to be rotated. Everyone was very courteous and the service was done in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service.
