HORRIBLE!! MISERABLE!! Worst dealer experience of my life. This outfit is shockingly incompetent, disinterested, malevolent and contemptuous. They tried unsuccessfully to fix the air conditioning in my Pacifica. They had the car for 7 weeks, and every time they told me it was fixed, it was not. Time after time I drove back to pick up my car and every time the AC was not working. The service manager and general manager had no excuses or explanations. Avoid this pathetic excuse for a dealership at all costs. They are the reason I will never buy another Chrysler/Dodge. LET'S. SEE IF THIS REVIEW GETS PUBLISHED
