I purchased a black 2025 GX 550 from Arrigo for

I purchased a black 2025 GX 550 from Arrigo for approximately $98,000 out the door, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, I paid for the tire/rim replacement package, yet I was never given any documentation or information about the coverage. I’m still having to chase down something I paid for upfront. Second, despite spending nearly $100k, I was only given one key fob, which is unacceptable given the dealer fees and overall price of the vehicle. To make matters worse, the car was not detailed when I arrived to pick it up. After pointing it out, the detailing was rushed and still not done correctly, requiring it to be redone a second time. For a high-end purchase at this price point, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, missing items I paid for, and poor attention to detail made this a very frustrating experience. I expected far better transparency and professionalism from a dealership of this size. I’m still waiting for these issues to be resolved.

This is the second car that I’ve ever bought in my life

This is the second car that I’ve ever bought in my life and I brought my father with me 100% disabled vet who owned a car lot back in the 70s and is very difficult to deal with! Lol. However, Chris and his finance manager went above and beyond to get me a price and interest rate that was low enough to where I could afford this beautiful Cadillac CT five! Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, looking forward to my next vehicle!

I Purchased a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on

I Purchased a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on 7/21/25 and after six weeks of ownership I can honestly say I am truly happy with my purchase. Not only did I leave with a great vehicle, but I received impeccable service that was up front and straight forward from my salesman Terrell Harden, this was the deciding factor that made me not want to think about it and come back but rather go ahead with the transaction right away. I walked in with a trade at 10am and Terrell had my trade sorted and my new financing arranged on the purchase by 1pm and I was out of the dealership in a Freshley detailed purchase by 1:30. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terrell and Arrigo of Margate to anyone who is in the market.

Chris is very honest and to the point. I hate when car salesmen talk a bunch of nonsense but Chris is very reasonable about what can be done. Will return for sure!

Exceptional Service from Anthony and Dan at Arrigo Margate! I recently purchased my QX80 from Arrigo Margate, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Anthony Gonzalez was my sales consultant, and he went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Dan, the Sales Manager, was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Together, they made me feel valued and taken care of every step of the way. Unfortunately this dealership is in the practice of

Unfortunately this dealership is in the practice of deceit and outright lies. I expressed interest in a car and received a call back from Fidel (who is listed as a manager). We talked about price and that there are no additional fees for the car purchase (im out of state and pay my sales tax there). He promised me the price was the price and next day, I get an agreement for almost $3K more than the sale price. I tried to solicit their attention, received a call from their alleged Sales Manager named Josh who said they “have to” charge a dealer fee of $1200 at a minimum and that Fidel is not really even in sales and should not be discussing price with me. Check on here folks…Fidel is listed as a manager. So with this dealer, the price is NEVER the actual price…it’s before all their fees. Liars!!!

Sales Manager Holden was dishonest and misleading.

Sales Manager Holden was dishonest and misleading. He informed us of a mandatory fee on our invoice of $2,995 for a PPP+ which was a paint, leather, collision credit and physical products. It was stated this was a mandatory fee. This was later learned days later that this was not a mandatory fee and was an add-on that could have been requested or declined. I spoke to the General Sales Manager Josh who confirmed this was not a mandatory fee but since I signed for it it is non-refundable. While I attempted to gain empathy from him due to being purposefully mislead by his sales manager, he stated that was never told to us. My Husband is a witness and can confirm that Holden stated this was a mandatory fee placed by the local dealership. This seems like a dirty sales tactic that they hope will just be absorbed and not questioned. They most likely do this to many customers. I will not do business with this dishonest dealership again and caution all not do business with them either.

Amir Mousa was very professional and a real gentleman, He came through and kept his word with us when we bought our new Grand Cherokee And his GM Josh and Chad the finance manager All 3 were just amazing and very helpful through out the process

I bought a 2021 gladiator, two months later engine light

I bought a 2021 gladiator, two months later engine light on . Went to the dealership and the car has $7000 in the report that toke one week from may the 12 , leave several messages to the service manager and Mandy the adviser . Went again to the dealership and she want me to charge for everything wen I bought an extended warranty. It’s may the 23 and the car still in the shop . Again called Mandy an still waiting for her to call me back . Awful customer service !! Don’t buy here !!!!!!
