On December 14th 2024 I took my car into Dodge Margate to
On December 14th 2024 I took my car into Dodge Margate to replace my backup camera. My service advisor Mandy Samaroo advised me that the job would not take long and that I could just wait for it in the lobby. After waiting about 2 hours I was advised that while replacing the back up camera they found several other things wrong with my car, and that since I had the lifetime warranty on the vehicle I should just leave it there for a few days for repair. I was advised that the car needed a thermostat, water pump, new valve covers because they were leaking oil, and that there was a thumping noise when take off so the engine mount needed to be replaced. Service advisor Mandy Samaroo said that I would receive a loaner vehicle in which I did. I left the dealership with the loaner vehicle. About 4 days had passed and I had not heard anything from the dealership/advisor so I reached out to them. I was advised that they had not heard back from the warranty company as of yet. On December 22, 2024 I reached back out to the dealership and was told that the ticket was never submitted to the warranty company for approval and that Mandy Samaroo was on vacation and failed to submit the information to the warranty company . On December 23, 2024 I was told that the ticket was submitted to the warranty company and that they had approved the repairs. On December 28, 2024. I was told that the repairs on my car was completed and that I could come pick it up. I picked my car up on December 28, 2024. On January 12, 2025 I reached back out to the dealership and told them that the car smelled like it was burning and that I seen oil on the driveway. On January 27, 2025 I took my car back in for another repair. The advisor told me that the engine oil adaptor was leaking and that the upper and lower gaskets needed to be replaced and that I would have to pay the $100 deductible in which I did. On February 3, 2025 I reached back out to the dealership and told them my car was leaking oil again in the same exact spots as before. I was advised that the oil spots were normal and that I should give it a few days because there could have been some oil left over from the previous leak. I advised them that it was not a little oil I seen it was a lot on the drive way. Service advisor Mandy Samaroo told me to bring the car in however the diagnostic time would be 2 days and that they were not able to offer me a loaner nor rental vehicle. On February 6th 2025 I took my vehicle in for the oil leak repair. I was told that I would be charged a $199 diagnostics. I asked the service advisor how could I be charged a diagnostic fee when the car was leaking oil from the same locations that was suppose to be fixed when I brought the car in for repair on February 6th? I was told that this was a new policy and that they had to charge me that although my car had a lifetime warranty that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle in 2016. I was advised once again that they had no loaner vehicles nor rentals available. I ended up going to enterprise which was down the street from the dealership and paying out of pocket for a rental vehicle.

Extremely satisfied!!!!!!!! I had posted a negative review and I deleted it. Here is why , i received a call from Alexander, Miniet. He’s the new Ram advisor. If you didn’t know, there’s a new shop for Ram trucks in the back of the service department. I had very bad experience with the front service department, they had not fixed my truck since day one. I had taken my truck for repairs about 7-8 times and the truck would stay at the shop for more than a week every time. Just bad customer service from the front service department- when I tell you bad service I mean it. Supposedly they had fixed my truck but was never properly fixed. Well when I took my truck to Alexander he sent me back to work on a Uber. And also sent me an uber to go pick up the truck next morning. It took him and his crew one day to fix the truck issues. Even fixed the recall Ram had on their trucks. The front service took months and months and was not fixed. He did it in one day.. he’s very kind and very knowledgeable. I’m not sure if he services other than Ram but if you had problems with the front service ask to bring your to him. Maybe they service other brands. It was about time they had some real mechanics.. Wonderful Experience from Sales to Finance and Delivery. This is my third Jeep from ARRIGO Margate . It was different this time as they have totally New Management and what a difference it made. I was hesitant to go back but I am glad I did. Congratulations New Management and Tim Lambert. My Sales Representative was Alejandro Lopez an amazing young man who bent over backwards to make sure as a returning customer I had a better experience than the last time I purchase from ARRIGO Margate. John Guiterez from Finance took his time and explained everything I was signing on my Sales Contract. Congratulations and Thanks Team ARRIGO at Margate

Went to the dealership to buy a new Grand Cherokee.
Went to the dealership to buy a new Grand Cherokee. Agreed on a price with the manager. Shortly thereafter the manager tried to renegotiate our deal claiming they were losing too much money. The dealerships conduct is dispicable and I would urge everyone to stay away from an establishment that cares more about money then being honorable. So disappointing, especially before the holidays.
